Very nice stay. Air conditioning just needs to be fixed.
Ithaca was quite disappointing for us. First of all it was not mentioned anywhere that there are a lot of stairs and not senior citizen friendly which means we had a lot of trouble getting my 70 year old parents up and down the stairs which again meant that sometimes they go out when we do but only chose to stay at home. Second, the unit needs a lot of attention. The paint is peeling everywhere, there are mold spots everywhere and the place has a very unpleasant smell due to all the mold and everything that stands then. Thirdly, some of the dishes were dirty, we couldn't use the drying cloths because they were dirty and smelled and the kitchen towel in the bathroom still had toothpaste marks on it. Fourth, we couldn't use the master bedroom's hanging wardrobes because they just smelled too bad. The porch was about the nicest part of the place. I never complain about the places on the website because we have always had good experiences but they were definitely not worth the price we paid and I will never use the place again.
Living room wall needs some attention. Lots of steam.
