The first bedroom contains twin beds, the second bedroom contains a double bed and twin beds, the third bedroom contains 3 single beds, and the fourth bedroom contains a double bed. The 5th bedroom contains 4 single beds and the 6th bedroom contains a double bed and a single bed. The house is fully equipped for self-catering, and the lounge area is equipped with a fireplace for those cold winter evenings.
Guests are welcome to use the small swimming pool and have access to an outdoor braai area. The area is ideal for bird watching, walking and cycling. There are Bushman paintings that guests can go explore. Please note that the Jonkershoek house at Zooridge is reachable with any vehicle. Access to the Zooridge area where the rock art and rock formations are limited to off-road and even 4x4 vehicles in some areas.

9 guests' feedbackVery large old style farmhouse. The cold front made it really chilly at night, electric blankets were very welcome. Hosts are amazing, remembered my birthday and surprise delivered two decadent little cheesecakes to our doorstep. Zooridge Reserve is a must visit, set a day aside to experience all the area has to offer.
A great venue for a getaway to relax and recharge. Very friendly and helpful hostess.
It is always nice to visit Jonkershoek. Near the guest house there is a paddock that sells delicious coffee. It is definitely value for money to come and get away for a weekend on Jonkershoek. We will definitely book there again.
The place is very clean and enough tools in the kitchen and in the house to be comfortable. Ice cold pool for the hot days. Will definitely go again.
Friendly welcome and not forgetting lovely home made bread on arrival. Off the grid experience. Place is secure and enough space all around and the house is equipped with all that is needed. Awesome time around pool area and braai facilities. Definitely first option for next vacation.
The pictures do not depict how fantastic this place really is. We had such a good time. The children tired themselves out by running, playing and swimming and the goats were of course a bonus. We really had a great time and the hostess is extremely friendly. The environment is also something to experience! We will definitely be back again in the future.

A stay in the Jonkershoek farmhouse allows guests to drive or hike on the Zonderwater farm. It is situated in the Cederberg where beautiful rock formations and Bushman paintings can be viewed. The farmhouse can accommodate at least three families, or serve as a venue for a break-away management conference. A barbeque over the glowing embers of a fire in the lapa under the ancient oak tree is an unforgettable experience, particularly in the evening under all those glittering stars.
