It was a fantastic time. Was too short. Many attractions, the longest planted tree 5 km away, largest Essenhoutbos on the farm, most beautiful river, many mountain biking places.

Although the cottage is comfortable, it needs some sprucing up. Fridge could be replaced. Few more items in the kitchen could be added eg a bread knife. Too many dogs as a result too much waste all over the lawn.
We were very warmly and kindly welcomed by the owners. The place is very well equipped with everything you will need. It is clean and tidy and nice and spacious for a family. It was nice and quiet with stunning views. Only criticism I would make is to put a double bed in the room because most people are couples and don't want to sleep on single beds. Also, an instant coffee/tea for the guests in the morning would be nice. And then just to indicate that the road will not be accessible with an ordinary car. It was a difficult, rough road to the cottage and not all guests would know it.

We had a great time at Kaltenbach Cottage. The dead silence in the evenings let us sleep well and rest. The unit is not too far from the tarmac.

We enjoyed a pleasant couple of days despite inclement weather, and would consider staying there again.
Very cute place. The owners are very friendly and comforted us when we had a setback in health that prevented us from traveling. The place is very cute and well equipped and homely furnished. Only recommendation I can make is a double bed and steak knives. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
