Was there for the KKNK. The house is spacious, neat and quiet — a farmhouse feeling. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and coffee on the veranda in the morning and the air conditioner was a winner during the Karoo heat! Elsie is a wonderful hostess and very friendly, we immediately felt at home, thank you very much!

Karoo Bederf's house and yard are good! Elzie Stapelberg offers lovely accommodation (fireplace included) with an excellent location, enough space to move around inside and outside. I highly recommend Karoo Pampering over location, conveniently close to shops, and the overall availability to enjoy the house and garden and feel safe. I tip my hat to our beautiful hostess and Vredestraat 13 accommodation. We come again.
Had a great stay. Als was tidy and the owner was very hospitable and made an effort to make it comfortable for us.
The owner contacted us before arrival and explained how everything works. She was friendly and easy to communicate with. Our accommodation was clean, comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated. All the necessary amenities were available for a comfortable stay. There was a UPS available in the living room during load shedding, so we could still use the TV and lamp in that room, as well as the WiFi in the house which made our time there even more comfortable. The property is located in a quiet area and baby shops. Will definitely recommend.

Comfortable, good location.
Large house suitable for groups with well-equipped kitchen and braai area. Ample fridge space for storing your meat and beer. Fast Wi-Fi and loadshedding proof lounge area. Nice to have aircon in the lounge area for the hot summer days, although only the main bedroom has aircon the rest of the rooms do have fans. Helpful and friendly host. Is a bit away from the main road in Oudtshoorn, but everything still easily accessible as Oudtshoorn is not that big, only a few minutes from the shops and restaurants by car.

We have booked for a wedding for three of us. The house has everything you need and stays nice. Unfortunately between the wedding and load shedding we were not able to fully enjoy the house.
Beautiful home that you can see is filled with love. We had a great time around the kitchen table. Located within walking distance of most KKNK festival venues and shops.

Everything you would need was there. Neat and stylish decor. The price is very reasonable, a splash pool in the heat will be very nice. The owner Elzie is very friendly and helpful.

It was lovely and peaceful. Just felt at home. A special Karoo charm and treat.
We travelled to Oudtshoorn for a gala that my son was swimming in. This house is in a good location as it is near the pool and the shops, but far enough off the road to be quiet. Although a free-standing house in the suburb, we felt safe there. The house is very clean and neat. We prefer self-catering for this type of travel and we had everything we needed. The only thing that could perhaps be included is WiFi as this was not available in this house.
Would really recommend it to anyone looking for peace and calmness that is what Karoo Bederf is all about, everything was perfect a definite must great family house it was the kitchen for me so cosy and warm!
