The beautifully decorated unit comprises 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and basin. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning and linen and towels are supplied. Electric blankets are also supplied for those cold winter nights. There are 2 single sleeper couches in the living area, ideal for children.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. It also features a washing machine, ideal for longer stays.
The lounge has comfortable seating as well as a large fireplace and a TV. There is also a dining area with ample seating where guests can enjoy their meals together.
The cottage has a beautiful verandah with braai facilities and a Dover stove, which overlooks the Karoo landscapes.
Behind the house is a boma with a bar table, awning, large fire pit for braaing or socializing with friends and loved ones while also admiring the beauty of the Karoo night sky.
There are hiking trails and a large public dirt road for cyclists, surrounded by wildlife camps.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is fully equipped; top quality! Something that may be important to know for other travelers (especially perhaps business travelers): there is no WiFi, and you drive a short dirt road (through two farm gates that someone has to open). Did it bother us? Not at all!

We had a great time on the farm! Karoo La Villetta is beautiful and well equipped and offers more than just a place to stay. We simply stayed an extra night after enjoying the silence and tranquility for 4 days. Will definitely go there again to recharge batteries and find our lost souls. Thank you very much for your hospitality and the extra treats. It was very special!

Stay was excelent , setting and location excellent , easy access , personalized service. everything you need is there. only thing to be mentioned , you are in the middle of now where make sure to take food and drink as the closest town is 35km away.
The overnight spot at Karoo La Villetta is "heaven on earth"! Clean. Tidy. Perfectly working air cooling in the middle of the Karoo summer! All much better than "just okay".
Was supposed to be a stopover, but next year it will most likely be our destination.
The cottage was very neat and clean, and very well furnished with everything needed. Nice kitchen and clean linen. The covered barbecue was welcome in the rainy weather. The location is very private, quiet and peaceful. There is also a small splash pool for hot days. Thank you, everything was 101% perfect!

I stayed over on my trip from JHB to Cape Town The place exceeded my expectations. It was a clean fresh and spacious stay. Everything you need is catered for. The host was as good as they get, supportive, available, friendly and communicated efficiently, in advance. The location is perfect for a place to rest or time out to relax with good uninterrupted mountain views, surrounded by the natural Karoo. I would recommend this location to anyone that’s looking for peace and quiet. This spacious, well-decorated house located in the "veld", suits both families or just a single person.
Road directions were good. Very friendly welcome. If we exceed expectations. I didn't want to drive!

Very peaceful, beautiful surroundings. With stunning sunrise over the Karoo. Houses are very well furnished, with everything you need. The green lawn is perfect for children.

Very good indication to get to the house on the farm. Very well located and the house has a large porch with covered braai, seating area and dining table outside. Small splash pool next to the house and also a boma behind the house which is sheltered. The house is very stylishly equipped with a fridge, washing machine and stove. Rooms are both air-conditioned and neatly furnished. Very quiet and peaceful with beautiful farm views.

Karoo La Villetta is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty. Had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.
We were surprised with the beautiful interior! Very stylishly done, attention was paid to the smallest detail. The peaceful nature and farm was for us the beginning of a long-awaited holiday on the way to Bloubergstrand. 10 out of 10 beautiful place!. Would just like to have more freezer space for meat that we take with us, maybe have an extra box freezer in the kitchen with ice packs that guests can buy if they need it, especially in the hot summer days of the year.
Our no. 1 choice remains between Gauteng and the Cape.

The cottage is beautiful, tastefully decorated and equipped to the finest detail. Some of the farm's delicious olive products are for sale in the cottage. The directions on the dirt road are very clear. We had a nice walk on the farm and watched the most beautiful sunset over the dam. Karoo La Villetta is excellently located for an overnight stay between the Cape and Bloemfontein, but actually one wants to stay longer to enjoy the silence and charm of the Karoo!

The most beautiful place where we stayed overnight on the way to Cape Town.
Beautiful house in the heart of the Karoo. We were received with the greatest hospitality and enjoyed our stay very much. The house is private, well equipped, clean and tidy.
The villa is fantastic, beautifully furnished and clean with absolute privacy. The online pictures don't do it any justice. The host was super friendly and welcoming. If we had known the place was so good, we would have stayed more than one night.
Neat neat tidy! It's the little things that matter - like aircons in the bedrooms, blackout curtains, full kitchen, good linen and a beautiful view of the Karoo! Will definitely stay here again on the way to the Cape.
