Absolutely excellent! First, the host! I have never received such a warm welcome. Our host could not do enough for us to make us comfortable - he really went above and beyond to assist us with logistics. The accommodation was perfect. We stayed in the studio, which is so well equipped, warm, cosy and comfortable. I would highly recommend the accommodation to anyone traveling through Willowmore. It was amazing!

Very nice stay, thank you. The cottage is your home away from home. Carel has thought of everything to make guests stay there comfortably - right down to the delicious biscuits with your morning coffee. I can only suggest that the windows of the spare room and bathroom, as well as the back door, are also closed with mesh for the mosquitoes/bugs. Other than that, everything was great - thank you, will recommend and stay again if we pass by again.

Very nice place to stay.
The house and surroundings definitely have a charm. But with such an old house comes problems. The biggest of these is that none of the doors in the house can close - not even the bathroom's. It's quite a pain. The kitchen was okay, but they are clearly more geared towards people who want to barbecue. It is very interesting if you want to experience a traditional Karoo house.

The cottage is beautiful inside and out. Everything clean and tidy, and all the little luxuries included. The owner, Carel, gives personal attention and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a nice barbecue and sat and ate by the fireplace. The place to stay is perfect, and we will definitely relax and stay here again. Can really recommend it.

Karoos Cottage offers the perfect place to stay for a family with two children. Carel is very friendly and has thought of everything that is needed. The place is small, but full of character.
