We had a nice stay. All activities were close by. The cottage was very hot, no Aircon, and there are too many steps in every room, but the stay was nice.
We enjoyed our stay; it was very clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that the beds were too hard for us to sleep in, so we slept in the softer single bed that was in the room (6), but otherwise no other problems at all.
We had a great stay, neat, comfortable, beautiful view by the river, cute shop on site. Will stay there again for sure.

It's very quiet and peaceful, and it helps so much that the dogs could also go along. The river is beautiful there.
Booked a quad ride for 4 at reception at 9h00 for 14h00. At 14h05 they took out the quads and there were only 4, which of course includes the guide. One quad was broken but we weren't told ahead of time so we canceled it. The pool area's grass is long, the petting zoo should actually be the traveling zoo, because they clean the grills, poop next to the stoep, lie down next to the stoep and knock over the outside bins. Do not book unit 2, 4 or 6 because the flies will carry you away.

No, dirty house and no maintenance in the garden. Front door could not lock - unsafe.
No. The interior of the chalet's floors were extremely dirty. Our feet were very dirty just from walking on the floors. The porch furniture was dirty and the entire porch was heavily covered with cobwebs. What the photos show is very clean and tidy - which we did not get. In the evening there were an awful lot of bugs outside.
There were animals, it was a lot of fun with them. I would go again anytime. Received very friendly reception and help.
We had a nice stay, just be aware there are a lot of bugs (it's not the owner's fault, after all the place is near the water and there are farm animals on the premises). It has a typical farmhouse feel, so it's not modern or fancy at all. There are things here and there in the house that need fixing or upgrading.
Arrived there on Saturday and unfortunately had to come back home again on Monday morning due to medical reasons. Will go on holiday there again on another occasion. The fishing spots were not very nice, there were no steps to the river. It had been a very steep descent. Furthermore, the people from the house next to us fished in our place in front of our house because their area was inaccessible to them. Furthermore, it was very peaceful and quiet. Maybe you can just look at spraying the spiders a bit. There is an awful lot in and around the house.
It was very peaceful and the children really enjoyed the farm animals. One can go for a nice walk and sit by the river and enjoy the silence. You can order food from the restaurant and they deliver it to your unit and it's really good food. They are currently making improvements to the resort and once they are done it will definitely be a gem. The little shop has the most necessary things, but there was not always ice and some of the fresh things were no longer fresh. We were in the farmhouse (3 bedrooms) but only one fan. As well as new ash bins on the resort, especially by the pool, because they are rusted through and ash falls through.

Plenty of space to walk and relax, friendly people and llamas and ponies that come to eat in front of your door. Wonderful place.
Everything was fine until the drivers (man and woman) started shouting at each other and swearing at each other. We were at the office and heard every sweet word. It had been very inappropriate. They know there are ponies and animals that roam freely there, but there is not a lid on one trash can. Every now and then the ponies come for a spin, then they go first into the bins. Other than that it was peaceful. It's only in the evening when you sleep and the power comes back to loadshedding then the alarm screams until one day someone decides to turn it off. It had been quite disturbing. The double bed mattress was also not comfortable at all.
My stay was great, we really enjoyed ourselves and the staff that welcomed us and the staff that worked on that weekend were really friendly. The manager who I had been communicating with after making my payment is seriously rude and almost messed up my weekend before it even began. I don't appreciate such treatment as if we are not paying. She needs to be taught how to communicate with clients and keep in mind that when we go out it's because we need to relax and not be stressed out by employees who don't know how to treat their customers.
For those of us who want a weekend away from the city, this is a very well located place. Those who like fishing will also like it.
Moenine is where you go if you're looking for an active getaway, so for peace and quiet and doing less than nothing.
Rondawel 8's kitchen has no grill or salad bowl and the cutlery is of very poor quality. Rondawel 6's kitchen was better stocked. Load shedding lights not charged and Rondawel 8's charger did not work. No mirrors in bedrooms. The many power lines were alarming! Too many extensions from 1 power plug. Tent 2's shower head is broken and we couldn't use it all weekend. The drain pipe from the shower and outdoor sink is also broken and dirty water is bubbling out and making puddles outside the tent. Not very hygienic.
The place has a lot of potential. The house is not bad. Lounge and dining area awesome. There did not seem to be any housekeeping check before our arrival. The bath is very stained. No brooms or dust cloths. Had an awesome island but no handles so when draw was pulled out whole front came off. We were woken up with a cat mowing. Found there was no window in one of the panes in the back door and that is where it came in. Light was not working in one room and as I opened the curtain the whole thing came down. Thought it had cracked the window but apparently the crack was there. Everytime the power from the loadshedding came on there is a loud alarm until it got switched off. Sometimes twice a night. It was a bit unnervy. There is a restaurant and a stunning bar where one could sit and have sundowners but it does not open. The pool area has a zinc roof cover which gets extremely hot, chairs do not get dusted.
Went home earlier in the day. Not worth the effort or money at all. Was very disappointed.

The river was in flood which was a special sight! Lots of birds to admire and the baby piglets to love. We really enjoyed the quads, Sipho was a good guide and thank you Azelna for your effort with our special request.
It was very nice and peaceful. The rooms are neat and the kitchen. There was no power in the mornings and the gas stove's gas bottle was empty, it must please. regularly checked in this time of loadshedding. The bathroom definitely needs a makeover. Please replace the toilet and tiles and it will make a big difference. The grill is not covered and if it rains you cannot grill. Extend the canopy between the two units and make the braaiers with chimneys.
The free Wi-Fi never works when I signed in. The people were not friendly. After I entered the unit I found stuff broken and when I spoke to them, they got angry at me and they wanted a breakage fee that I did not pay. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Accommodation at Klein Paradys consists of 8 self-catering bungalows sleeping 2 or 4 guests each, and are furnished with either a double or 2 singles beds. The 8 bungalows each include a private bathroom, a kitchen, dining area, and patio where guests can enjoy an outdoor braai or sit around the fire pit.
The family units accommodates 8 or 10 guests and is well-equipped with a kitchen, living area, 2 bathrooms as well as a patio with braai facilities. The luxury tents and wooden cabins are situated on the river's edge and is comfortably furnished, has a private bathroom and patio as well as a wood-fired hot tub.
The resort offers a communal swimming pool, a kids' play area, and secure parking is available.
