Wessel's place is probably one of the best guesthouses I have ever stayed in. The food is excellent, his hospitality cannot be beat and his food is top notch. The accommodation blends in with the surroundings and perhaps we were lucky with the tranquility of the sea. The West Coast has a gem discovered and we would go back anytime. Wessel knows the West Coast and makes you feel comfortable and at home in clean, tidy accommodation.

Wessel's place is spacious and very tidy. Nice accommodation for our one night stay in Jakobsbaai. Even the kid I saw in the garden this morning! Bar fridge can be better used by placing it in room itself - more accessible.
Wessel is a very helpful, friendly host. Klokkiebosch is very well located, close to the sea so you can hear it in the evening, unit is cleaned nicely every day and the staff are also lovely. Take a walk in the area and experience the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen. Will definitely visit Klokkiebosch again.

What an amazing experience! Every night we sat outside with a fire and listened to the waves breaking just to our side. Wessel went out of his way to accommodate us, always with a smile. Wish we could have stayed longer!
We had a wonderful time in an extremely tastefully furnished and hospitable Klokkebosch. The location, with the sea view pleasantly surprised us. Our host, Wessel, was professional and warm. He maintains his distance with his guests with good judgment. The meals were tasty and of high quality.
Wessel is the perfect host and his place is really tastefully furnished. He has the right balance in relation to privacy and interaction with its guests. It's the attention to detail that sets him apart from the rest. You feel special and not just like another guest. Breakfast was tasty and just another proof that he goes outside the norm. Its presentation was like picture perfect. Will have to go back to try his other dishes.
We had a wonderful stay. The guest house is by the sea, so it has beautiful views from all the rooms. We stayed in one of the loft rooms. The particular room is small and the bathroom also presents challenges with beams that are low, especially at the toilet.
Very nice decor and lots of books to read. Picturesque garden. The Nespresso machine in the room was also a nice luxury.

Wessel is a very good hostess. He looks after his guetst well and has a fantastically beautiful home. The breakfast is simple but good, fresh fruit, toast and eggs.
Very nice and tidy guest house and although we did not eat there, the other guests said it was out of this world.
The stay was pleasant, although I expected more e.g. that there would be at least one bottled water per guest (especially since there aren't really any shops in town) as well as a piece of biscuit or two to enjoy with morning coffee.

We had a very nice stay. Wessel is very friendly and hospitable. The room and rest of the guest house are beautiful. The breakfast was excellent.
We were in the loft room and the photos don't show just how small it is, especially the bathroom. The bath and toilet situation was a little uncomfortable seeing as how you have to be half stooped the whole time in order not to get hurt.
It was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Very cute, friendly service, good value for money!
It is recommended for anyone who wants to have a quiet time and just relax. There is absolutely nothing they will not do to ensure your comfort. The load shedding didn't even make a difference and I could still get my coffee whenever I wanted. Personal attention and the details in rooms can be seen. Food is excellent and definitely recommendable. They will see me again soon!
