Enjoyed our stay at Knysna River Club, the cottage had everything we needed and our place was cleaned daily. Beautiful location as well.
Our unit was very nice and well maintained. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Knysna River Club was within walking distance of restaurants and very safe.
It's such a beautiful place, peaceful and relaxing. The entertainment has everything you need for a fun evening with friends or family. The swimming pool is definitely meant for hot summer days because it's ice cold, but the jacuzzi was great and it's really worth the price. I will definitely go back there again.
Excellent location and nicely appointed accommodation. Very comfortable with great coffee shops and restaurants a walk away.

Loved the experience! We were very comfortable apart from some guests and people walking past very noisily, which disturbed the peacefulness. Generally loved the location and want to come back. I would suggest the facility makes a throw or two available to cover your legs when sitting outside, to make the sofa and bed more snug friendly.
Layout is good, unfortunately noise does travel. Load shedding schedule not shared.

Stayed for 4 nights in July 2021. Unit was clean and sanitized. Found it refreshing that there was a huge bottle of sanitizer left as well. Tv was huge not something you find when on holiday. The premises was neat and tidy. Peaceful and had great entertainment. Mini-golf could do with an upgrade but everything was great. Would love to go back soon.
The unit we stayed in was not very clean when we arrived and unfortunately there was mold on some of the bedding. It was replaced on request with friendly service. There were no cleaning services due to Covid, but the price we paid included daily cleaning of the unit. I feel the price should be adjustable if the service is not provided. The resort's Covid regulations are strictly and well enforced. Overall we had a positive experience, although we felt we were a little short on value for money.
Was called within the day to try to sell "time share".
All that bothered me is an envelope that says if you want to leave a tip for cleaner. You pay enough.
Staff friendly and helpful. Houses neat and clean. Plenty of activities to keep kids busy.
This was our 2nd time at Knysna River Club and what an unforgettable time it was. The tranquility and safety absolutely do wonders for your soul. Our children enjoy their holes. Definitely see you again.
