It was great. Beautiful and peaceful. Juan was excellent with the service. Maybe just a tip going forward is to look at the ventilation in the rooms and bathroom; it can get very hot in there. The toilet also had a smell as a result of the tank. Really had an awesome stay and enjoyed the entertainment area, including the pool. Rooms have everything you need. I will go back anytime.

André welcomed us, but saw how we were struggling with the bags, and offered no help, and the room is very far from the park. The room has a small radiator that works with water. It was bloody hot and the fan is not suitable for the room. There was an infestation of flies in the room and no candles to keep them away. I had to remind André several times about the WiFi password, the remote control not working and our key not unlocking when we wanted to go out. He mentioned that this happened to the previous guests as well, but did not fix it.
Hosts were great but definitely not worth what charge per night.
They need to fix their pictures on the internet because the quality is not it. That place is very beautiful, secluded and peaceful. The host was top notch. Definitely a place I’m booking whenever I go to Harties.

Me and my husband went for our 12 year wedding anniversary to stay for the night, Marizaan went out of her way for a little extra to make our night stay very welcoming, special and memorable. The place is absolutely amazing and affordable. You really get value for your money and a warm smile on your arrival. We are very pleased with our night stay and will definitely book there again.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Koi Inn. Janine made sure we are satisfied throughout our stay, not forgetting her son - he’s so welcoming. We were welcomed by him on Friday and as young as he is, he’s doing a great job.
The place was easy to find, same as the owner (Janine) was easy to reach, just a phone call away, quite friendly and very helpful. She was always there when we needed assistance. The room was spacious and very clean and we had everything we needed. The owners were very kind, lovely, friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very close to shopping centers, about 4 - 7 minutes drive, and Hennops hiking trail is just a few minutes away for walking. I had an amazing stay and would not hesitate to book the establishment once again as my expectations were truly met. With no doubt, I would recommend it to my friends, colleagues and family.
Staff and owners are extremely welcoming. It's a home away from home. Everything is nearby. View is amazing. The peace you feel when you walk in is instant. Highly recommend it.
