Very clean and tidy, was very well welcomed and helpful. The view very nice. Will definitely go again. It was my birthday and went out of their way to make it special.
Beautiful setting and location! Except the air conditioner didn't work and the mattress was very soft.
The bathroom floor was not very clean upon arrival. Short a thorough wash with soap. Shower could do with rails for older people's safety. The wall plug to the left of the bed behind the bedside table is loose and insecure. WiFi did not work on arrival. Inquired on day 2, owners were aware but did not inform us. Upon request, the problem was repaired. Did not receive pin code for complex gate. Had to request. In summer you can have a lovely visit down on the stoep. However, it must be explained to guests whether the facilities may be used or not, e.g. pool table, patio seating area and braai area. The continental breakfast was sufficient, but I think it could be varied a bit. Sugar and tea must be replenished every day, "attention to detail". Really enjoyed stay. Love to give complete feedback for improvement.
Will look into letting the generator or battery provide power after 11pm. Some guests have oxygen machines that they have to sleep with.
My partner and I had a very romantic stay. Enjoyable.
Great view, professional staff, great security. 100% cleanliness, we felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay. Definite quick getaway or holiday destination!
The view is very beautiful. The facilities are above standard. It is a place to relax. Unfortunately, other guests can spoil the enjoyment with noise.

Kosmos Lodge is a nice place but I think hiring only men for running the place is a bit awkward. Not saying it's bad but as a lady I feel it's awkward.
Must say we really enjoyed it. Neat and clean. The light breakfast in the fridge was quite sufficient. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit there again.
