Could not enter at agreed time. Apartment available 15h00. Dripping water through concrete roof for 5 days. Total inconvenience and unbearable hacking on floor of upper apartment to repair leaks, for 5 days. It was totally unpleasant. TV channels pathetic.

It's close to eateries and shops and we will definitely book there again. It's a lovely apartment with everything we needed, safe parking and quiet, just to be able to rest and appreciate the sea.

Enjoyed my stay. The views and comfort of the apartment mean that you don't even always have to do anything, you can just sit there and relax and have a holiday. Very good location for walking along the coastline and breakfast/coffee options very close.
Fantastic place. View for sure in the top three places of wherever I have been in the world (and there have been many places). Definitely the best in SA - better than Eastern Cape, Hermanus and Umhlanga. Location gets 4/5 only because our business is usually done in Blackheath, Epping and Rondebosch and we therefore had to drive far to Bloubergstrand.

We had a great time staying at Kumoya for our week in the Cape. Very clean, tidy and everything you need for a getaway. It is located on the 10th floor, which gives you a very nice view of Blue Mountain, Table Mountain and Robben Island.

Location is safe, parking very good and nice view.
Very neat and everything perfect.
No reception. Key is passed from owner to servant and then finally to one of the residents. This caused some inconvenience. We had to stand outside in the street until another resident gave us access to the premises. We just sat in the car until I got a message that the key was OK. Although the apartment was clean, the beds were never cleanly made. We found a lot of hair in one bed. The living room has a bed in it where there should have been a seat. So you just had to sit on the bed to watch TV. The kitchen cupboards had cans of paint in them and one cupboard in the kitchen was locked. We just had to leave the things we bought on the cupboards and floor.
I can happily recommend this accommodation and will definitely stay here again.

Absolute breathtaking surprise. It's as if you don't want to go out and explore the rest of the Cape. The view of Table Mountain and the sea is just addictive. A very clean and tidy apartment. We will definitely book here again if we have to go to the Cape.

The apartment was neat and clean upon our arrival. Everything was exactly like on the photo's.
Often Capetownians travel far and spend thousands and then even complain about service, travel time and what i bad time they had. Kumoya offers a nice little part of everything. Not too far to travel, cosy, clean, affordable and most of all that much needed breakaway so many of us need but always seem to never take. I'm glad that I spent my time at Kumoya and I will recommend the place to anyone.

I do have a problem that on the website it is advertised as Kumoya as well as on all correspondence it is Kumoya. However, we could not find the place and after many struggles the apartments are Blouberg Strand Apartments. It was very frustrating. Other people also struggled to find the place.
We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful sea view. The apartment is spacious, modern and light. Wish we could've stayed longer!
