Thembi was very friendly and very helpful, also helped us find a place where my daughter could practice.
I had a wonderful stay at Kwa Ntofontofo, Thembi is a wonderful host and very welcoming. She's an epitome of a gracious host, I've never felt more at home while on vacation than at her place.
It was a very pleasant experience. The room was neat, clean and homely, the breakfast was personally prepared by the owner and her helper and a much bigger breakfast than one would expect. Highly recommended.
Enjoyed my stay. Excellent breakfast and hospitality. Staff and hostess very friendly. Accommodation neat and clean.

There was barely walking space around the bed, no bedside tables on which to put glasses, wallets, keys etc. The bathroom was spacious although the controls of the shower were daunting. The large number of condoms in the dressing table drawer caused my wife to not ant to sleep in the bed and breakfast was not ready as per arranged time. We waited for over a quarter hour and then. as we were leaving, the house was unlocked and we were invited in for breakfast. Had I been a business man merely looking for somewhere to sleep, this would have been adequate, as a married couple, looking to spend time together, no!

The owner goes all out to make you feel at home.
The room was very small. The cupboards weren't clean and had cobwebs. The shelves and carpets were also dirty. We looked for other accommodation.
The team of Kwa Ntofo Ntofo received and looked after us in a very hospitable and friendly way. This was the right place for us to stay. Thembi and Joyce is VERY customer friendly. The place is not perfect, but it was perfect for our stay this weekend. I would definitely recommend it. We had a most enjoyable braai at the place and our group who came to attend the Comrades marathon were given breakfast parcels early on race day. Enjoyable stay, especially because of the warm receiption and hosting of Thembi and Joyce. Much appreciated.
Area is quiet and peaceful and definitely ideal for vacation. Having a book at your pool area is something that anyone will need. The privacy of the rooms is something to appreciate. Who has a holiday without shops to visit. It's only 5-8 minutes down the street from Kwa Ntofo Ntofo. Very nice.
What a wonderful experience my son and I had when we stopped at Kwa Ntofo Ntofo on Saturday afternoon the 8th of February. The reception was warm and friendly and after the heat we experienced at the Midmar Dam (where my son took part in the Midmar Mile) to be served with a glass of ice cold water... An even greater experience when the owner Thembi arrive. The accommodation and food were excellent. I give them 5 stars and will definitely recommend the guest house to my friends and family. Thanks again!
They were peaceful, helpful and hospitable. Our two rooms were spacious and the air conditioning worked perfectly. After the big breakfast we had dinner first. We will definitely stay there again.
We were there briefly, only sleeping after a birthday party, but Thembi was very hospitable and spontaneous and we talked about family and other things. Will definitely spend the night there again if the opportunity presents itself.
A great B&B - safe, clean, friendly service.
The service was excellent from both Thembi and Mati and would recommend them to anyone needing to be close to the Pietermaritzburg Airport, otherwise it is a bit far if you are needing to be in Pietermaritzburg and surrounds. As a travel agent, I tend to be a bit harsher with regard to criticism, but could not really find fault with too much. Room was very comfy even if it was a bit small.
Pleasure to have stayed here.
