Value for money. The unit is comfortable and large. Best sea view.
I would recommend La Crete 11 to anyone. We had a great time, felt safe and the sea view is something special. It is conveniently located near the Wildekus, Mac Banana and many shopping centres. We are definitely going back for our next vacation.
We had a very nice stay.
Master bedroom sort needs a lot of attention, with the broken tiles and dirty shower head one hates to be in the sort. The double bed is outdated, the mattress is slept through and springs press into your back, did not rest at all on the bed. Braai area- Dirty area around the braai, under the braai never seems to be cleaned, when it rains the water flows to the area under the canopy. You can't get outside at all because everything around you is wet. The glass doors and panes let the water flow through the sides when it rains and the wind blows. Then the TV room gets soaking wet, we had to stay awake for two nights and dry it in the house as the water comes through when it rains. The canopy means nothing. Other than that it was nice. One just cannot rest with the uncomfortable bed in the master bedroom. Then the 2nd room with single beds in it has a horrible smell in it, it stinks, not even my kids wanted to sleep there. So no, not again La Crete Sands 11 takes for a vacation. The sea is as good as a lagoon that one has to swim in, one may not swim in the nice clean water like all these years only in the water that comes straight from the lagoon which is weak.
Best and friendliest reception we have ever received. We will definitely use this accommodation again.
The host, Gerrie who supplied us with the keys and info was exceptional.
Stove must be turned off at wall. No dishwasher manual available, unclear if it switches between programs by itself. Rear bedrooms very hot, roof fans not very effective.

House rules
- Houses and flats are let strictly on the number of beds available. The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.- We do not take bookings for groups of adults.
- No day visitors are allowed or from other units.
- No loud music, noise and parties are allowed at any time of day. Quiet hours are from 20:00 to 08:00.
- The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
- The outstanding balance must be paid in cash, EFT or a bank deposit during the low season 2 weeks before the check-in date, and during the peak season 1 month before the check-in date. The breakage deposit will be refunded on the 7th and 21st day of each month, depending on which date is closest to guests' check-out date.
- No pets allowed.
- Smoking inside the unit is not permitted.
- Cleaning services are only available on weekdays at an extra cost.
- Guests must please leave the unit tidy and the dishes washed before they check out.
