The adjacent living area has a dining table with seating and the lounge has a ceiling fan, a TV with full DStv channels, and Wi-Fi. The living area features a sliding door that opens onto the patio, where guests can make use of the charcoal braai facility and admire lovely sea views.
There is a dedicated garage assigned to this unit and a carport for a 2nd vehicle. The complex also features a communal swimming pool. In addition, the complex is within close proximity to the shops, restaurants, as well as other facilities in the area.

Unit was as expected, clean and tidy, staff was helpful and security was good.
Very nice stay. For sure my holiday home from now on.
Full payment for the 5 days and my R1000 deposit paid with booking. Then I contacted Luzelle to find out where to get my key. After many emails and no response she calls me and tells me she is a very busy woman with her book work and I bother her. Never dealt with such a rude person. My holiday then became one big nightmare. We are already on our way to the sea, which she knows about, and I still don't know where to find my key. 1 hour before I'm at Uvongo, she sends me a WhatsApp to say I should call Gerrie. Now how should I know who Gerrie is? So I book into one of your places, pay everything in full on time and I have to beg for someone to help me. So I think Luzelle is going to drive a lot of people away from your vacation spot. If it wasn't for Gerrie who came to help us then, I really don't know. So, the holiday was very nice, but Luzelle's service absolutely unacceptable. She should make you feel welcome but she made me feel uncomfortable etc. So I will please want my R1000 deposit back. Everything still there and place left clean.
Wonderful unit everything and everyone was friendly from gardeners to security. Complex is very neat. Would definitely recommend and go again.

House rules
Houses and flats are let strictly on the number of beds available. The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.We do not take bookings for groups of adults.
No day visitors are allowed or from other units.
No loud music, noise and parties are allowed at any time of day. Quiet time between 20:00 - 08:00.
The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
All outstanding fees must be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival for low season and 1 month for high season via cash, EFT and bank deposits. It will be refunded on the 7th and 21st day of every month closest to your departure date
No pets allowed.
Smoking inside the unit is not permitted.
Cleaning services are available on weekdays at an additional cost.
