The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could wish for. The attention to detail is worth mentioning also. What stood out the most was the serene environment and breathtaking views. The lush gardens and stunning landscapes provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our children loved exploring the well-maintained grounds, and we enjoyed lounging by the pristine pool. Lee and her team at La Felicita Villas went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The location is ideal for a family getaway. It’s close enough to local attractions and activities, yet secluded enough to offer privacy and tranquility. Overall, La Felicita Villas exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s a perfect destination for families looking to relax, unwind, and create lasting memories. Everything was wow. The place is beautiful.
Reception was good, apartment is very neat and quiet. In a cul-de-sac, so quiet. Beautiful scenery. Very central to where we needed to be. Generator did not work during load shedding and milk in the fridge would have been welcome for the delicious coffee provided. At least we could have gone shopping later. Beds slept great so we were very satisfied and really enjoyed our visit.
We had a very nice stay. It was just damn cold. The aircon helped, but warm blankets on the beds would have been great.
They upgraded us to the 'Honeymoon' unit in which we had a wonderful stay. Nice braai area, spacious rooms, nice view of the pool and comfortable beds. Children really enjoyed the bunnies and peacocks. Was grateful for the washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen was well equipped (even with a dishwasher and cubes). There was no cleaning service in the unit during our 3 day stay but the braai area was cleaned.
We had a wonderful stay. Great place!
Neat place and would recommend. We will say that the geyser's water is too cold in winter and the light at the stairs must be on, because you can't see anything and miss the steps. No safety fence, which is a must today.
Place had a weird smell. Other than that it was a good stay.
1) They asked for a copy of the front and back of my credit card which is completely inappropriate, and only after the owner told the guard that we didn't need to were we allowed in. 2) The guard showed us to our room and gave us no explanations on how to turn on the heat so we froze the whole night. 3) The photos indicated a bath, which there wasn't, however, there was a random laundry room. There was coffee and sugar and yet no milk. 4) The WiFi would come and go and eventually just dropped. Overall, an uncomfortable experience.
Security gate out of order and DStv only has limited stations.
La Felicita insists on making a photocopy of your credit card on both sides which is a big no for me. The place was also very dirty so we will not recommend or return for sure.

The place was clean, neat, secure and lots of open space for kids to play. It is my second time booking and I can't wait to book this coming December holidays again!
We were greeted by your evening security guard (did not get his name, sorry). He was very helpful and polite and made us feel at home instantly. Our accommodation was so lovely, it really felt like home. We had everything we needed and wished we could stay longer. It feels like staying in the countryside, far away from the city's hustle and bustle (even though the nearest mall was like 10 min away). Even our Jack Russel, Miley, was impressed! She loved her garden with the squirrel smells (but she could never find them). Thank you!
