After arrival indicated where I had to drive and then on a small lawn, where we had to unhook the trailer, turn around, reverse the car and hook up the trailer again and then parked next to the building where there were puddles of rainwater and therefore not nice to pack up for good. Lack of blankets in cold Ermelo and had to ask friends for extras in one room. I was alone in a double room with bathroom: toilet seat loose, no container for toilet roll and had to put it on the floor from the windowsill to use! No mirror by the sink, but a large mirror on the opposite wall! Bedside lamp not properly plugged in! I am extremely disappointed that the website has such a guest house on your books.
No clean bedding, very dirty. No shower door, lights hanging from roof. Extremely poor and in no way consistent with what is advertised. Avoid at all costs!
It is in the suburb. Outside CBD.
My wife and I stayed here on our way to our honeymoon. The service was very good and the place is well decorated. Very large bathrooms. The breakfast was also very tasty and enough to almost count as a brunch.
The guest house took a while to respond to my email I sent them with inquiries.
We had to spend the night at another guest house. No power plug worked. Only the next day after the 2nd try.
Very badly located, tavern or hangout place is noisy on a Friday night until late. Parking is a problem, place needs attention. Still friendly staff, very helpful and delicious food! Fairly priced!
Weak, weak, weak! Would not recommend to anyone. Bedding and pillows are used and creepy. No water if power is off. Room looks dirty, ceiling falling out piece by piece. This place is definitely never seeing me again. Photos are false advertising.

We had no hot water. The room's bedding was not completely clean. We didn't enjoy it and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

The guesthouse is neat and their service was good. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast was delicious.
Was a clean place and was someone standing ready to help where needed. We just had too many beds in the room, 2 extra beds were put in the living/kitchen area. There was a kitchen with fridge etc., but no cutlery, plates etc. That was a bit strange. That's why I would say that it's a good place to stay for 1 night when you are traveling through.
Rooms definitely not up to standard. Quirky kitchenware, and not properly cleaned.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again if travelling that way.
The only problem was that there were not enough places to eat for breakfast, as a group was also booked in, but Comfort went so far as to give us the discount on the breakfast.
Comfortable and good for one night.
The owner is a very accommodating person who goes out of his way to make guests feel at home. Finer finishing in the rooms needs attention, but overall very nice. Bathrooms are especially very nice.

In the bathroom, the shower head e.g. through a torn hole in the ceiling. At least the bedding was clean. The towels were torn and stained. With breakfast, the food was already finished when we arrived at 8:00 (even though breakfast continues until 9:00).
I had two super nights at the B & B. I stayed in the newly decorated address but have no complaints at all. The decor was lovely and most especially the bed and linen was divine. The staff were so pleasant and helpful and Roy the owner really takes note and care of his clients. I certainly would recommend his Guest House.
Very clean and tidy, very friendly service - and the delicious breakfast with Springbok rugby on Sunday morning was a very good surprise!
In general, my stay was pleasant and I really enjoyed my stay at La Picasso Guest House. However, I did feel that the back wall is not secured properly, in terms of security, as someone could possibly try to jump over it.

No towels and soap in the room.
We were moved without notice from La Picasso's main house to a second satellite house of theirs. However, the service at the satellite house was great and our room was spacious and clean.
We arranged in advance with La Picasso (with the owner himself) that we could check in earlier (I had to start work already at 12:00 and check-in time was only from 14:00). The owner let it be known that it was no problem. We were there at 10:15 just to confirm that we could check in at 11:30. When we got there no one knew about our early check-in time. They let us go from one place to another (another place that is not even part of La Picasso) and after a big struggle we got a room. Our room was still not ready. The cleaning lady just walked into our room without knocking. I was getting dressed. We didn't even stay for breakfast. We just wanted to get out there.
The B&B is decorated in a very artistic way. It is absolutely fabulous! Will definitely recommend!
Good place to stop-over. My only problem was there was no shower curtain or glass in our room (room 9). Other then that, it was good value, in a decent area.
