Hi, we had no problems whatsoever. I would definitely refer someone if you need a break and if there is no cooking involved. We took drives every day, ate out, and never used any kitchen utensils, as our idea was to relax without cooking, which we did.
We wanted to catch the last of the flowers at Postberg. Lagoonside @ 77 provided an ideal base for accessing the West Coast National Park, as well as day trips to interesting areas in the vicinity. Anna-Maria was an attentive host and we had a comfortable stay.
Everything was comfortable and clean. The stairs to the roof terrace are nice and wide and not too high. At our age, stairs are always on our mind (80 and 83).
Sea within walking distance, restaurants a short walk away. Accommodation very comfortable and stayed cool with the help of a fan.

You can barbecue anywhere - inside or outside, ground floor or roof area - regardless of which way the wind is blowing! The apartment is relatively small but the upstairs deck has a spectacular view and braai/dining facilities that more than compensates for this. It is a very easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. We had a very enjoyable stay.

This is the second time we have stayed here and the accommodation is as we remembered: clean, neat, well-equipped and the upstairs viewing deck offers a beautiful sunset view over the lagoon. The units are a short walk from the beach and ideally located within the town. The host is warm and friendly and makes you feel at home.

The house is located near the main street of Langebaan, easy to reach. The property is homely and equipped with all necessities for self-catering. With SA's load shedding, we would recommend that at least a gas plate to boil coffee water should be available.

This is the best accommodation we've made use of. All you need to bring along is toothpaste and a toothbrush, that's how well equipped it is. By the sea and secured with an alarm. Would stay here again anytime.

Warm welcome from Jan and Anna-Maria made us feel at home. We liked the modern, well-appointed flatlet. The little treats, such as the mineral water, milk, chocolate, tea and coffee was a nice surprise. There was even a hair dryer, something you only expect from higher end accommodation. The braai and entertainment area on the roof is also very nice with a view of the lagoon. Would be great to stay here again.

All the little treats, chocolate, saltiness and even beer (if we wanted) were at our disposal. It was extremely neat and very centrally located. We would recommend the apartment with great confidence.
Clean, neat, ideal location (a little out of the mainstream, but close to everything) as well as fully equipped. Nothing you have to take with, except for food.
They permitted us to include a stretcher as at last minute, I had another teenager. This was a tight fit but it was our choice. Only concern: The fridge makes a noise and if you are not used to the sound then does disrupt your sleep. Admittedly the host and hostess did make us aware of the sound.
Will recommend it to people who are looking for a tranquil time and away from the busy everyday life.

We felt so welcome from the getgo! Anna-Maria and Jannie made us feel at home by personally welcoming us and showing us all the facilities. The room was stunning and clean with all essential facilities! Just with we hade time to use the braai! Beautiful view from the roof where you can braai! From the word go, everything was smooth sailing. The booking, payment and constant feedback. We had a warm welcome and immediately felt at home. The owner is friendly, helpful, spoils her guests with ice cold water, enough milk, coffee, tea, sugar and delicious biscuits. Furthermore, there is absolutely everything you need. And I mean everything, towels, shampoo, hair dryer, soap, dish soap, grills, wood, etc.

We were in Langebaan for the weekend for a friends wedding. Anna-Maria and her husband welcomed us so kindly. Our stay in the room at Lagoonside@77 was pleasant and comfortable - it has everything one needs. Early on Saturday morning we went for a jog along the sea, and further through the town to explore a bit, and then went to cool off on the veranda above our room. Sorry we didn't get the opportunity to test out the stoep's braai - maybe next time.

Anne-Maria is a friendly, warm hostess that knows how to make one feel at home from the minute you arrive. Lagoonside is excellently equipped. Although space is not abundant, one at least has the use of the garden and covered veranda in case it gets too cramped inside. The lovely shower after driving around all day was very relaxing. We liked the accommodation and would recommend it, as well as make use of it again when needed. Anne-Maria even inquired after our well-being on our way back to Pretoria.
Welcome was very good and the location was excellent, the room was not very private and if you stay there for 6 days you expected at least a two plate stove, not even a bar fridge, with consequences we had to throw away a lot of food. The cars are parked outside on the grass and the visitors' noise is at your sliding door. The shower was very good. There were no pots and pans and the mattress of the 1 single bed was fluffy so slept very unevenly.
Prompt service. Room ready on arrival. Braai facilities excellent. Traffic noise can be problematic, but probably due to roadworks on main road.
Our place of residence was particularly neat and furnished with good taste, which offered us everything in the finest details. Units 1 and 2 each has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. There is a TV and a kitchenette equipped with small sink, a microwave, under the counter fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and utensils. Bath towels and linen are provided, but guests must bring their own beach towels. There are wall panel heaters and electric blankets for the cold months and fans for the warmer months. Big mobile braais are provided to braai outside. Unit 2 is more spacious than Unit 1 with an extra soft chair and a bigger fridge and shower. Both units have Trellidoors installed and all windows have burglar bars for safety.
Unit 3 is a beach-cottage with three bedrooms, 2 with double beds and the third with 2 single beds.The main bedroom also has a TV and an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and toilet. It has an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen, indoor braai and two outside braais. The open plan area opens up with stack doors to a private patio. The living room has a smart big screen TV (connected to an inverter to avoid any interruption with load shedding) with YouTube and Netflix. The house has a separate walk-in shower, basin and toilet. All 3 bedrooms have sliding doors with Trellidoors and all windows have burglar bars for safety. The house has an alarm with a panic button for 24/7 response unit call out.
All 3 units have their own remote controls for the automated gate and alarm. There is safe parking on the premises behind the automated gate. Free Wi-Fi is available for all three units and the Wi-Fi, alarm system and cameras are connected to an inverter for back-up in case of load shedding.
