We had a great stay in the unit. The unit is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and the lounge sofas are very comfortable. The shower was an absolute treat. Our hostess received us very kindly and she was easily reachable, also after hours. My only suggestion would be that there should be a place to put your bags. You don't want to put it on the living room couch. We will definitely visit there again.
We felt welcome from the first moment. Anna answered all questions and went out of her way to support us and provide information about the area, places to eat etc. I would highly recommend staying there.
Great layout, tastefully decorated, not over the top, spacious, has a lovely outdoor and braai area looking onto the pool and stunning mountain views.

Rooms are very neat and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Inside very nice, but the have to maintain, for example skirting in bathroom rotten from the water. They need to upgrade the outside gutters and roof it's still asbestos. No wine glasses when we asked, they gave us 5 all different sizes. No cork screw, no bottel opener.
The accommodation was absolutely beautiful. My only criticism is that it was not equipped for a person/family to cater anything. We wanted to cook breakfast and there wasn't even a frying pan and certainly not enough crockery for 6 people.
The room was clean and tidy. The hostess/manager made us feel welcome. She made us clearly understand that they had to save and we as guests experienced the consequences of that. The geyser is on a timer. When we arrived there was no hot water, only later in the evening. The morning when we had to leave early there was not enough hot water for 2 people to shower. The air conditioning is also switched on and off in the main house, so you cannot fully control it in your room. Very poor because we pay the full fee. Definitely wouldn't recommend the place and they are quite a preferred partner. Maybe website should investigate their preferred partners. Thank you.

The hostess was very polite and accommodating! The units are amazing and really value for money. The places are very neatly and modernly laid out. Best omelettes and muesli yet! We will definitely stay there again.
