A full bathroom is shared by 3 bedrooms, and the main bathroom is en suite with a shower, basin and toilet. There is also a guest toilet. The house also comprises an open-plan living and dining area with a fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave.

The house features a private enclosed back garden with a lawn area and a partially covered patio with built-in braai facilities. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living area. The house is equipped with an alarm system, bedding, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine, a fireplace, a microwave, an oven and stove, a washing machine, and a smart TV with a satellite dish. Guests are required to bring their own DStv decoder for DStv access, or DVD player if they wish. There is limited Wi-Fi.

Guests have access to parking in a garage and an outdoor shower.
