The unit is on the first floor and does not have a sea view, but is very close to the beach.
The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and air-conditioned living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a double bed. Both these bedrooms are air-conditioned. The third bedroom contains a single bed and has a ceiling fan. The guest bathroom is fitted with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. All linen is supplied, just bring your own bath and beach towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a washing machine, tumble-dryer and dishwasher, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with a DSTV connection. Guests must bring with their own decoder, smartcard and cables (Explora compatible).
Outside, there is a large private patio equipped with patio furniture seating 6. There is also a lockup garage for your use plus a shared swimming pool, communal braai area and lawned play area.
The complex is situated right on the Ramsgate ski boat bay beach and there is direct access via a pedestrian beach gate. Shops and restaurants are all within the immediate vicinity.

Convenient location, spacious apartment. Convenient both for a short and long stay.
This picture is misleading, Unit 50 is to left of camera and seen if one turns around with back against the garage doors. It is on the first floor. It does not have a sea view and does not claim to have one. Traffic can be noisy if one is used to quietness as we are, but it's not unbearable. We wrote to the letting agents making some suggestions for the owners to consider but there was nothing that spoiled the holiday.
Unfortunately then entire complex had no electricity and no water for 3 of the 4 days we stayed there, which was most inconvenient. Fortunately there were at least 12 empty 5 litre bottles in the unit which we could use to get water from the swimming pool for washing. (This did make use presume this problem occurs regularly). The iron is very burnt and rusted and not suitable for use. But, the size of the flat was very very impressive.

House rules
A breakage deposit of R 1000.00 is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.
The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted on; or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity, your deposit will be forfeited.
Pets are not allowed.
Please further be advised that this unit has a TV with full DStv package, so it is not necessary to bring your own with. There is no PVR or Explora connection.
Please bring with bath and beach towels. All bed linen is provided.
A complimentary toilet paper and guest soap is provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring with dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 8h30 to 14h30, excluding week-ends and public holidays. This must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
