Leben Seehuisie is in the perfect location. Its design and layout give you an incredible ocean view, with most rooms having a sea view. Leben was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and it made us all feel happy, at home, and grateful to be there. I would highly recommend Leben!

The location of the house is perfect. The house inside has everything you can think of. The hostess is a lovely lady who made sure everything was perfect during our stay. We couldn't have asked for better.
Great place, we were 5 adults and slept 2 nights. Shower water pressure not good, not sure if this is a temporary problem. No complaints, I would go home there again.

Leben's hostess makes a special effort, also with small things, to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The bedrooms downstairs with their own kitchenette and exit to the outside were a big plus. We would definitely book there again.
The house was neat and comfortable. The views were spectacular. The beds were comfy and clean. Was well rested. A must stay even if it is just for the views and the sound of the ocean.

Beautiful view with excellent hospitality.
The view is breathtakingly beautiful, the house was perfect, clean, very well equipped and we were received very kindly. Very safe neighborhood. We had a very good experience and can definitely recommend Leben Seehuisie and will definitely use Lieben Seehuisie again.
Apart from the fact that it is a bit expensive for only 4 people, it was incredibly nice.
Leben Seehuisie was comfortable and very well located - Leoné was friendly and helpful. The stove, washing machine and dishwasher make things very comfortable. The house is a bit full of little tigers and personally I prefer a less 'cluttered' accommodation. Jongensfontein is fantastic and Leben Seehuisie is very good value.
Will definitely stay there again in the future. The house was very neat. Lovely location and views over the sea. Nice and spacious and enough sleeping space and bathroom facilities.

Leone, the owner, is the epitome of true hospitality and extremely helpful. The Seehuisie offers a beautiful view of the Indian Ocean and is equipped with everything you will need. It was a very enjoyable week's stay.

Leben Seehuisie is the perfect home for a family. It has all the basic necessities needed, especially if you want to stay tall. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc. Wonderful views. Beautiful view and peaceful. House is very clean. The only important consideration is that the house is a double storey on a hill and there are steep steps. Elderly and small children should be careful.
Everything was perfect - the view was more beautiful than in the photos, clean and comfortably furnished. We strongly consider going there every year. It's really a piece of heaven on earth.

It was a lovely place to stay for the weekend. Perfect break to catch your breath again. Beautiful sea view and whales in the background only help to make it even better. Breathtaking sunrises. Lovely stoepie that could work a little better if it's not freezing cold (we were there in the middle of winter). Well appointed place if you stay at the top. Not sure about bottom stay, will probably have to go again. Good service and welcome from a very pleasant driver and overall a good rest.
Had a great time with the family. A lot of sleeping space, warm and cosy. My children aged 2 and 8 enjoyed the outdoors, the only thing is there is a stairway that was a bit of a problem for the small one but was given a stop rail for him. Great place thanks!

I regret the day that Leben Seehuisie will become inaccessible due to popularity. It's incredibly good value for money. The washing machine and dishwasher testify to a thoughtful hostess. Never again without it! Lovely place! Neat and well equipped. Very clean and tidy. And then there is Leonie. What can I say about Leonie that hasn't already been said. The arrival. The departure. Can't wait to go again.

Leben Seehuisie provided us with the rest we needed. It has a view over the entire bay because of the perfect location. The facilities area neat and clean, and we watched the sunrise from our bed each morning. All 3 bedrooms have views of the bay, also the deck above and the braai area and lawn at the bottom. Very friendly host left no stone unturned to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Perfect place for people in search of some R&R - light the braai fire every evening and listen to the waves. I recommend this place highly.
Would go again just to wake up with the calmness of the sea in your face.
