Very clean, tidy and fully equipped.
Don't think you had problems and calm down.
The place is so nice, clean and peaceful. You and your family can have a good time and be at ease with no disturbance from noisy neighbors. The swimming pool is of course a winner, because it is nice and clean and there is always supervision.

House was hidden at the bottom of the complex. Had to walk many stairs to get to the car. Car was far away from the house. Stove plates were rusted, and tiles on the kitchen floor was cracked and broken. Cut my foot open.
Very impersonal, Very minimalistic, TV not working, not clean. Needs a lot of TLC.
Family and child friendly. Very comfortable and spacious. Swimming area was neat and clean.
Value for money. It was so peaceful and the nature around us was so beautiful, the view was beautiful.
Only real problem was that the house was not near the parking so it's a bit of a distance to walk and unpack.

Pros: Inexpensive self-catering unit with limited DSTV in a secure complex. The pool and relaxation area in the complex are welcome. In general, the complex is very tidy and there is no rubbish lying around. Cons: It is close to the highway and instead of waves, you hear the traffic on the highway 24 hours a day. The only drinking water you have to collect is from the pool complex. The single beds' spongy mattresses are not adequate for adults and I could feel every plank in the base of the bed.
Unfortunately the unit is at the foot of a steep hill. One has to park on the hill and carry luggage up and down. When we were there the garage door was out of order. The bathroom was not cleaned very hygienically, but fortunately the rest of the unit was cleaned sufficiently. Wouldn't recommend to someone who struggles with hills and steps.
We had a pleasant time. We were so impressed that we bought property in Leisuredene!
