L'Escalier 14 is a lovely self-catering beachfront apartment situated in a secure complex in Amanzimtoti. It is ideal for a family or friends wanting a coastal holiday.

The first bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds and share the use of the second bathroom, which is fitted with a shower.

The unit features a well-equipped kitchen that includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cutlery, crockery, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and breakfast bar with stools. The lounge has comfortable couches and a TV.

The living area opens onto a patio with outdoor seating and a built-in braai. Guests are afforded secure on-site parking and will be located close to Amanzimtoti's beach, which offers excellent sea swimming in areas protected by shark nets. The Toti shopping mall is within walking distance from the complex, and The Gallery shopping mall is a 5 km drive away. The apartment is 65 km from King Shaka Airport.
