The location is excellent, literally an 8 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful view from all the decks. Everything one needs is in the lovely, comfortable house. The lurkers come to eat on the deck if you sit still and wait.

The Loerie's View was one of my best accommodations ever. The views were spectacular and each room has their own private balconies and there was an alarm system for safety. The owner was very accommodating by putting out sugar and tea and coffee. Also, there were Magneto lights available for loadshedding. Definitely one of my best stays and will be back.

The views were beautiful and I loved the sea views all around the apartment, especially the one from the bedroom. We enjoyed feeding the birds but didn't see any loeries, which was okay. The Loerie's View is the most wonderful place. We attended a congress at the hotel and it was so close. It was so beneficial. To see loeries at arm's length was an outrageous privilege. The balconies upstairs and downstairs were lovely to enjoy the day's first cup of tea in nature. The house is beautifully decorated and can you believe that there is a power plug next to the mirror! And to surpass it a lovely hairdryer. No Loerie's View, you may definitely! We stayed lovely.

Cute place, but for us the safety wasn't up to standard. There is a alarm, but the main purpose of the alarm is for our insuarance purposes and not to protect people. The safety issue made the place less relaxing and comfortable.
As soon as we stepped in, we already realized: this place was the right place to choose. The general feeling: you don't feel like you're walking into the owners' private vacation spot, which is very important to us. The furniture, though, is of very good quality. So, we don't feel neglected. The environment, the view, the decks, it's delicious. We didn't even want to go out to eat, because sitting on the deck and grilling some meat, it made us relax and rest, which we needed so much. The cleaner and caretaker must have been imported from another planet. Marike's regular texts are pure, welcome, outstanding service. The Knysnaloerie was the absolute "ultimate". All that bothered was the fact that the top deck at our room had been re-varnished the morning before our afternoon arrival, so the strong smell was bad and gave me a very late cough and headache. The next afternoon the smell was gone and we could breathe deeply the sea and the forest air.
Location is ideal. View beautiful. Quiet area. No noise! Equipment and facilities are good. Alarm for safety. No traffic. Walking distance from the businesses. A lot of activities to take part in in nature and the area. Close to George Airport.

The house was clean, tidy, extremely well equipped, and exceeded our expectations! Every day we were treated to visits from loons, sugar beaks and buzzards - right on the porch. The bedrooms were excellent, bathrooms more than adequate. There was secure parking and an alarm for peace of mind. Ansa and her team and The Loeries View deserve an 11/10 from us. Thank you very much, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday! We will definitely do it again!

I would go back to Loerie's View anytime. It was like a fairy tale and I can't describe it. If I could I would just stay there.
It felt like our own home. Various beautiful views from the house. So many facilities. Very homey. Stunning nature. Close to other towns. And the loeries who came to beg for banana really completed the whole experience of the lovely accommodation.
Attention to detail, such as the box of matches, proper coffee, an emergency light in case of a power outage, makes you feel welcome. The alarm can be activited by remote control and the night function makes you feel safe if you go out in the evening. The loerie begged us for food and it was a nice to get an up-close view of this beautiful bird. The view is wonderful. We slept sweetly on the quality matrass and pillows, and the ocean provided the background music.
I definitely recommend LekkeSlaap as booking agents. From there the communication was handed over to Loerie's View which was just as excellent. It's the first and only guest house I know of that provides swimming towels to guests. Everything is there. It's like you brought your home with you. It was tastefully furnished, equipped, peaceful and the view unbeatable. The Loerie and other bird visits were off the books. Thank you very much for sharing it with us.
