We had an incredibly nice experience at Ludakari! Do yourself a favor, book Ludakari if you go to Leeupoort. There is plenty of game going to the house, the house is luxurious and the dishwasher is a bonus our hostess made us feel very welcome. I can recommend Ludakari to anyone!

We rested wonderfully and appreciated the silence of the forest. Everything we needed in the house and more was available. Very comfortable and neat. Anet is very friendly and helpful as a hostess and made us feel very much at home. Will definitely stay there again.
Amazing stay for the whole family.
We had a really nice stay. It's a nice place if you have some friends with children or just to see other family around here. The visiting area is large and spacious outside with the braai and boma facilities. The fan in the rooms makes a big difference to the heat in the woods in December. The owner is friendly and approachable.

Lovely woodland getaway! Anet is a very considerate hostess. We were a family visiting together and the house was ideal with its large veranda and nice barbecue area.
We had a very nice stay. It was an experience to be so close to wild animals. Big problem was the ants that took over the house. Very unpleasant. Hostess undertook to solve problem.
Was kindly received by the owner and moved through the house together. Everything was neat and clean. The swimming pool was a big plus. Many animals came to show their faces.

It's a nice spacious place with everything you need. Very quiet and peaceful. All you hear are the animals that come to visit. It has a nice patio where you can hang out all day. At the gate there is also a shop with necessary items. The owner is very friendly and helpful.
The house is fully equipped with enough crockery and bedding for the whole family. The children really enjoyed the WiFi and the TV with Netflix. They had fun swimming and every day there was an influx of animals. It is peaceful and quiet and the gas stove made it easy to keep everyone's meals going. The house is very spacious with more than enough space for everyone. We will definitely go again.

Ludakari has an excellent location. One of our most enjoyable getaway weekends yet. It's a very beautiful and large house, excellently equipped with everything you need and more. The wildlife that stopped by from time to time included zebras, nyalas, kudus, warthogs and even the cutest night monkey. Our children were so happy with Anet's forest food to feed the game. The silence is lovely. The lights that work all the time, even with load shedding, are a huge treat. Anet, thank you very much for receiving us with so much love, hospitality and kindness. Ludakari is sure to be a home in the woods that we will remember forever.
Of all our Leeupoort Holiday Village getaways, the getaway to Ludakari was definitely the best. Ludakari is excellently located and the amount of wildlife that has come around is breathtaking. Anet is friendly, accommodating and her place is very well equipped. Ludakari is definitely at the top of our list for a next visit to Leeupoort Holiday Village.
You can go for a walk, cycle or simply see the wildlife by car.

Very cute place, neat and well equipped with everything, we really enjoyed the weekend, there was also a lot of wildlife that came to visit, the owner is also very pleasant.
The place was big, spacious and well located. The kids loved the animals and how close they got to home. Just booked again for December/January!
We really enjoyed Ludakari. The animals are already overwhelmed and come hanging with their heads over the gate to eat out of your hand. We saw a lot of animals and the splash pool was a blast. Thanks to solar panels, we didn't even know about "loadshedding" and with the WiFi we were always in contact with the children. Everything was convenient and comfortable. I just want to make a suggestion that you pull up instructions for using (turning on and searching) the TV. We had quite a struggle with it. Otherwise no complaints.
I gave stayed at several places before within Leeupoort and this house along with the Friendly host will definitely be a memorable one and would definitely recommend it to friends and family for future stays, I have never seen more animals over a weekend stay as the amount we saw in such a short period.
The accommodation was fully equipped! Had a great time at Ludakari, the pool on our premises was definitely the best part of the weekend!
The boys must have used up all of Anet's animal food. They loved feeding and rubbing the nyalas. The pool was clean and a great privilege in the heat. The kitchen cupboards are full of everything one can use. We were able to put a second fridge/freezer on and it helped a lot as we were two families (6 people). The house is extremely well furnished. It was peaceful and nice. We will definitely visit again.
Have stayed in Leeupoort several times but really have to admit the best ever. Location very good, many animals at unit, and unit is laid out with taste. Everything you want is available. Thank you very much for a wonderful weekend.

We were looking forward to spending a week alone with family, Ludakari seemed ideal. The day before Whatsapp Anet the owner checks in on me and states that she does live above the house. She also said that she is separate and will not bother us, I was caught off guard because the description on the website does not state at all that the owner lives above you! I couldn't cancel then because there wasn't enough time. Anet was friendly but in the end it was very uncomfortable and inconvenient, because the roof is a wooden floor so you can hear everything, and see through some places. Her entrance upstairs goes up before the main entrance sliding doors! I was very disappointed because I wanted to have alone time with my family. I suggest that the website please adjust the description of the ad to state: Please note the owner lives above you with a wooden floor!
The house is very spacious, neat and clean. It was very comfortable with the children, and the animal life is beautiful. Everything we needed we could find there. We will definitely visit this place again for a quick weekend getaway. Thank you very much for the hospitality.
Ludakari is a vibrant, spacious and very comfortable home in amazing, peaceful surroundings. So lovely to have a change from the typical 'bush' style house. Anet is a gracious and caring host who goes out of her way to be unobtrusive whilst still making sure every need is taken care of.
