We had a great rest, exactly what we were looking for. My sister and I both lost our spouses Dec 2019 (me) and her Jan 2020, so we needed the comfort of the woods.
The pin they sent was incorrect. Ended up in front of a farm gate - no house in sight. Then the signed map they WhatsApped me (not to scale) drove around for more than half an hour to try to find the place - the dirt road was very sandy and I was worried that I would crash, luckily I drive a pickup truck It is further from Musina than I thought.
Lovely, spacious place. Ideal for a family get-together.
Very friendly and helpful host. It is an absolute lovely setting for a quiet weekend away.
One can highly recommend this lodge, especially to a family that wants to get together for one reason or another. The entire lodge is at the disposal of one group, the garden is lovely and it is in a semi-natural environment with roe deer and many birds. Furthermore, one feels very welcome, from the e-mail before the visit, the reception on arrival, and the ongoing services while one is there.
