Very relaxing holiday home.
The accommodation is value for money and the view is beautiful. The location is close to Spar and other shops and the beach is within walking distance.
We enjoyed our time at Manaba 3. There were some qualms, such as leaking water in the main room's bathroom, the oven not working as well as some other kitchen appliances. The unit wasn't too clean when we arrived. But overall it's a great complex with good security and the balcony with sea view makes it special. The complex pool was also very clean and we'd love to go there again.
The rooms, beds, furniture was dirty. There was no toilet paper, no liquid soap and clothes to wash dishes.
We are enjoyed our time here and look forward to returning in the near future. A few points I would like to highlight: The dishwasher is not functional. There are not the specified number of items as specified on the list of each of the glassware, canisters and cutlery. Some glassware are chipped badly. The drains are blocked and do not empty as expected. We did not see any bowls associated with the tray. The shower doors in the main bedroom are both broken. Bedrooms and beds are not as advertised – i.e. 3 double beds vs. only 1 double bed. Some of the light bulbs do not work. There are 6 plastic chairs. Three of the glass panels on the balcony are lower than the rest. The floor could have been cleaner – are there cleaners who clean in between stays? The remote for the roof fan does not work. The wall mounted remote to open the gate does not work in the flat.

Beautiful views from the flat. Easy and convenient to get to shops. People are friendly and helpful. Will be visiting again surely.

I will never forget my stay at Manaba Breeze.The sea views from the apartment were magnificent, the sea breeze was so relaxing. All shopping malls are nearby, it was marvellous!
The whole process of planning and booking was pleasant from start to finish. The owners may need to consider installing burglar bars as my child's things were stolen through the window one night, and the security firm's no. in the window no longer exists the no. has changed But it's a beautiful place and we had a wonderful stay despite the theft.
The place is very nice but too hot, maybe some aircons will do.
Very disappointed in Manaba's equipment which is in poor condition and/or not working at all!

House rules
- Please note that the admin fee is included in the quote.- The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable before arrival and is not included in the rate.
- The reservation agreement that will be sent to the client after the deposit was paid must be filled in and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation returned to the host.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages.
- Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit.
- Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform the host immediately.
- The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself.
- Please remember to email the host your account details.
- Please ensure that the outstanding balance reflects in the host's bank account 7 days prior to arrival.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
- No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses. Should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
- If a cleaning service is needed it can be arranged prior to arrival, at an additional cost.
- Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
- We cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond our control. In the event of any appliance being out of order we cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.
- The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate.
Don’t forget to bring the following:
- Towels for swimming and bathing.
- DStv decoder with the remote and card.
- Your own cleaning chemicals and toilet paper for your stay.
