Great accommodation, walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants in Melkbos. Clean, safe with everything you need at hand. Tanya was very friendly, and we will definitely stay there again in future.
The house is well located and very comfortable. There are a few small things that could be addressed and improved, e.g. additional fans or an air conditioner. The bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable and the cold taps don't work.
Our stay at Melkbosstrand Selfsorg was comfortable. We booked for 6 but only got 5 beds so that was a bit disappointing. . The house was very clean and lovely to stay in. One suggestion is to have the basics like washing powder, oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar and milk available. And more toilet paper for a 3 night stay for a family of 6. There were also no cushions for the outside chairs.

This house is just perfect. We did not need anything, as everything was provided. This house is just a short walk from the beach and is very kid friendly. There is a garage to park your car in, and it was big enough to even get the trailer inside as well. We could enjoy a braai in the garden or make food as we needed inside the house without any problem. We enjoyed the area of Melkbosstrand very much. We would definitely go back to this perfect house again.

Melkbostrand Self-catering is the ideal accommodation for a family. The house is very large and a family of 6 will have a great stay. Everything we needed was there. It was far from home but home. We really enjoyed staying there. It is very quiet, close to the sea and shops. It is also very safe there. We will definitely go back again.
We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children. The house feels like your own, nicely finished. Place was nice and clean. It has everything self catering should have. Plenty of blankets for the cold evenings. I appreciated the hairdryer and iron, not all self catering places have these. The rooms are nice and big so we could move around without tripping over each other's feet. Walking distance from shops and the sea. WiFi and TV staying on during power outages was a huge bonus. I should also mention that there is full DStv package, which is not in description. Melkbosstrand is a peaceful place. Perfect for a break. No complaints.
The spacious space offered by Melkbos Self Care is a plus point. We were able to use the garage and the television and DStv were not affected by Level 6 load shedding. There is also a gas stove. The beds and large sofas were comfortable and there are sufficient blankets. The indoor grill helps a lot. We were within walking distance of the sea and shopping centres. Would definitely recommend Melkbos Self Care! Thank you very much for 6 nights of great accommodation as well as for Lollos.

It was the second time we stayed at Melkbosstrand Self Care and once again we were not disappointed. The house is really very nice and comfortable with everything you need. The outdoor barbecue area is definitely a bonus point. Amenities of wifi and DSTV are also a plus. I can definitely recommend this place to stay. We come again!
The beds slept well, but if the master bedroom had a king size bed it would have been even better. Using the washing machine was really very handy. The house is walking distance from the sea and the children really enjoyed it.
