The Deluxe chalets have 1 bedroom and can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. All of the Deluxe Chalets contain a queen bed and have a bathroom with a bath and shower. All of the Deluxe Chalets feature an en-suite bathroom. Each chalet contains a kitchenette with basic appliances such as a bar fridge, a 2-plate gas stove, and a microwave, as well as a private braai area and patio.
Guests have access to free Wi-Fi. There is a large outside communal pool for guests' enjoyment, where you can cool down with plenty of seating. There is also a large shared fire pit where you can sit and relax in the evening and socialize. Parking is available on-site.
Please note that Marloth Park has an ATM, a shopping centre where you can purchase basic foods, a butcher, a bottle store, a post office and a petrol station. There are also 4 great restaurants.

Very safe, clean, comfortable and tidy. We were grateful to be able to get accommodation at such short notice. A bit small but for overnight it will work. For sure not for long stay. Especially units no 1 to 5. Grills at the units very close to each other and no privacy. It feels like everything is squeezed in. Cameras are for safety, but they invade your privacy. Covered parking is a plus. Silence was also a winner. Animals are rare. No feeding place or drinking troughs for them. We took Wild feed pellets with us, and just like that took them back home.
Would recommend Bush Ballads, everything needed is in chalet, clean and tidy. Service was excellent. Thank you very much.

Our stay at Serenity Bush Ballads was absolutely delightful. Stephanie was kind and friendly, making us feel right at home. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. A graceful koedoe visited the feeding area, adding to the magical experience. Highly recommended.
The stay was good, the accommodation was quaint but fit for purpose. Nice and clean, and everything one could need for the stay was there. The only problem we experienced was with the shower - the water mixer is hard to control. It swings from hot to cold and nothing in between. Needless to say, we didn't spend much time in the shower because of this.

Not quite sure where to start. It took me longer than usual to adjust after our short holiday. Felt like I was in Avatar after day 1, like a Bosveld Avatar. What an unforgettable and special weekend. I booked for my mom's 80th birthday and had a few special requests. Bruce, Nicky and Christine, and some of their friends, pulled out all the stops and made the weekend extra special. A table was booked for my mom's birthday and we received VIP treatment at the nearby Amazing Kruger Viewe Restaurant. . Kruger park gate is 40 minutes away and we saw everything (in about 6 hours) - except a lion and leopard, but one actually does not need to leave Marloth Park as the animals roam around freely and often come through the property. One can relax in the pool whilst the bokkies and warthogs come forage on the lawn. We had 2 small plumbing issues that were resolved the very next morning. Load shedding was no problem and Wi-Fi was working all the time. Lovely bedding, mozzie nets, all the cutlery and tools you need to cook, and air conditioning! This weekend will linger in our thoughts for a very long time. Thank you everyone for making us feel so special. Very cliché statement but we arrived as guests and left as friends. . I highly recommend spending some time at Migrate Bush Chalets.

Migrate Bush Chalets has only 1 problem. The bed should be replaced in. Otherwise it really is a very nice place. Car has a roof and everyone is very friendly. Looking forward to visiting again, if bed is replaced.

Had hot water problems, gas geyser packed up we showered in another unit for the night, it was already inconvenience, just think they should have a, as the Englishman says, "check list" before guests arrive to make sure if is right We will definitely stay there again, very luxurious and clean.
It was a good stay, the service was up to standard.
Our reservation was for a chalet in a resort where children are not allowed. When we arrived there were already very noisy children who seem to be relatives of the caretaker. They often kept us awake seeing that our so-called Deluxe chalet was right next to the pool! Apart from that, the caretaker promised us that we will not feel the loadshedding as they have batteries. For the next three days the power went on and off constantly. Eventually they took our chalet off the battery with the explanation that only some chalets can get power. Their chalet was of course never without power, but we as guests had to sit in the dark. I was also not happy with the fact that we had to sleep on a sponge mattress. Was very uncomfortable and both myself and my husband woke up every morning with back pain.
Place was all we needed. Clean safe and well maintained. Very welcoming as well. Garden is neat and area is quiet.
We enjoyed it very much.
Everything was in order. Beautiful place, peace of mind.

The location was good for visiting Kruger National Park as a day visitor. A wonderful quiet and peaceful environment for walking along the river and close to places to eat.

We definitely recommend Migrate Bush. All the necessities for a moment to break out are there. The people are hospitable and interested. They care. This park is near Crocodile gate of Kruger Park.
It is a very nice camp. Clean and tidy, recommend it to anyone who loves bushveld and quiet. Nikki and her husband were very helpful and made us feel at home.
The booking process was handled very competently - appreciate the management's follow-up shortly before our booked date. We were received very kindly and the stay was very pleasant. The only problem was with the erratic hot water. However, we expected more from Marlothpark itself - visitors and residents seem to be over-regulated, but there is a horde of locals moving through the grounds who are certainly not controlled or likely have any real reason for their presence, even late in the night, there didn't. This could probably pose a security risk in the future.
The chalets are tasteful and comfortable but the location of the chalets is wrongly placed, because one is in nature the front should have looked out towards the forest and not towards the other guests' doors which takes away the wilderness experience. Thank you for a non-smoking chalet but the other guests' smoke is drawn to you because the location is wrong.

The managers, Denise, are very friendly and helpful. She is a real gem and asset to the place. She went out of her way to accommodate us for an extra night's stay. Also, she was always friendly with everyone. We will stay there again.

The place is too stunning for words and perfectly equipped. The kitchenette is stunning and the bathroom is very convenient.
Spent a very pleasant two nights. Lovely swimming pool, green grass and comfortable accommodation. In chalet 7 the mirror above the basin, in the bathroom, is positioned very high above the basin making it very difficult to shave. Not sure the reason for this.

It was wonderful to spend the night here. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and everything we expected. Only complaint was that we were not told in advance that we had to buy power for the air conditioner.
It was a bit of a mission to check in. Staff from the security company of Marloth Park are not trained to check guests in. Luckily Denise welcomed us at the chalet and made us feel welcome. Sue and Grant are very hospitable. Beautiful place.
The following information must be provided to guests in advance: R650 key deposit, no children are allowed, air conditioning is pre-paid, no cleaning service is provided. The latter is important so that guests can get the power ahead of time. Someone who is not used to the Lowveld heat will really suffer a lot.
Everything was perfectly arranged. Upon my arrival I was warmly welcomed by Grant and Sue. They are genuinely interested in a guest's comfort and nothing is too much trouble for them. The right place to come and catch your breath in the forest without strings of people around you.

Serenity Bush Ballads offers self-catering accommodation. There are 7 chalets in total, set in beautiful well-maintained gardens. The standard chalets are able to accommodate a maximum of 2 people and are studios with a double bed and only have a shower.
The Deluxe chalets have 1 bedroom and can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. All of the Deluxe Chalets contain a queen bed and have a bathroom with a bath and shower. All of the Deluxe Chalets feature an en-suite bathroom. Each chalet contains a kitchenette with basic appliances such as a bar fridge, a 2-plate gas stove, and a microwave, as well as a private braai area and patio.
Guests have access to free Wi-Fi. There is a large outside communal pool for guests' enjoyment, where you can cool down with plenty of seating. There is also a large shared fire pit where you can sit and relax in the evening and socialize. Parking is available on-site.
Please note that Marloth Park has an ATM, a shopping centre where you can purchase basic foods, a butcher, a bottle store, a post office and a petrol station. There are also 4 great restaurants.
