Although we didn't meet the hosts, we received timely WhatsApp messages and our arrival was arranged in advance. Keys and garage remote were supplied, and we felt very welcome in the unit. Everything that we required was provided, and I would highly recommend the accommodation to anyone visiting and staying over in Dana Bay.

We had a great stay! Everything that was in the description of the place was there. It has a beautiful view of the sea. They have provided for load shedding - the house lights and geyser are connected to the inverter. Cleaning products, coffee, biscuits and tea were provided. Free WiFi as well as Netflix on the TV is available. I would only have liked more storage space for clothes if we were staying longer and more hanging space for towels.

Everything was neat and nicely laid out. The hospitality was excellent and we were helped very nicely when we were looking for the route to the beach after a very long day on the road.

Good location with a nice sea view.
We stayed in Mona Lavender for 11 nights. The unit is very clean, tidy and well equipped. The unit has a good location with a sea view. It is only about 3 minutes drive to the shops and about 5 minutes to the 1st Beach. One can walk it, but the humps are very steep. Carol and Tony were incredibly hospitable and we had a great time chatting with them. They went out of their way to make our stay as good as possible. Just for information, please note. note that there is an electric stove, but not an oven. However, we took an air fryer with us. There is a gas stove and gas heater, with LED lights for load shedding. The street has many dogs that bark at anything that moves. It didn't bother us so much because we are already used to it. But it's something to consider if someone is looking for a quiet area to work or switch off from the outside world. Thank you so much for everything, Carol and Tony. We hope to see you again.
The unit is spacious, very neat and tastefully equipped with everything you need. We even had access to a garage. Would stay there again anytime.
We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Accommodation is well equipped with lounge and kitchen with stove to cook meals. Fridge, preparation area, washup area. There are comfy couches in the lounge with TV with Netflix. A super comfy bed. We slept awesomely. Garage parking and clean bathroom. A big bonus was the fast WiFi around 40 Mbps to 50 Mbps with a decent ping of 22ms. The apartment has beautiful views over the ocean and is in a safe area. Carol and Tony are warm-hearted and generous hosts. Thanks so much for accommodating us. We will be back.

Host and wife are busy until the early hours of the morning and this causes one to get little sleep.

Carol and Tont were great hosts and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The space is well appointed and we wanted for nothing. The accommodation was better in real life than in the pictures. We had a braai overlooking the bay, soo beautiful. Thank you.
