12 guests' feedbackNo air conditioning/fans (by the sea). House is locked, you have to walk through the house's kitchen out the back door. Weak area (high risk). Wrong location. Poor, low-standard accommodation.
We booked for 12 but there were 11 who spent the weekend there. Staff were very friendly especially Lungi. Everything we asked for was provided. It is walking distance from the shops and beach. We were just ladies and felt very safe because the front gate works with a code. We just couldn't use the free Wifi because there wasn't a proper activation code for it. The place was clean bedding was clean. We had our own braai area at the annex. I have already given the place's no and Sune's contact details to friends. There was an unexpected fee of R400 that we had to give, which our mother got back at the weekend. Some of the ladies want to go again with their families. Thank you very much for a wonderful weekend.

Very welcoming reception and clean facilities.
Had to pay extra for an additional bed for the kids. At around 19:00 a mattress was delivered. Could not use the kitchen or rest of the facility due to a large group occupying all of it. No sleep due to loud music, screaming and whistling inside the facility.
Didn't know one could still find places where you could stay for as little as night, especially in Jeffrey's Bay. The best part is that it is a quality place.
At that price per night, you probably can't even expect a 1-star rating. The room was large with 4 bunk beds and 2 single beds. The bed I had to sleep on was the bottom bed of a bunk bed, with the top part millimeters from my face. The bed was also not made and only had a bottom sheet. However, the mattress was very comfortable and because I was there on my own I could use 8 duvets to not get cold. The bathrooms were communal, but immaculately clean and you could bathe or shower in hot water.
Everything we needed was available. Staff very friendly and well trained. My father is in a wheelchair and it was convenient. All I have to recommend is that the necessary handles for wheelchair users should be placed on the walls at the toilet and bath.
Thank you for changing our booking. We had a good stay. The bed was so comfortable and the service wonderful.
