6 guests' feedbackWe had a blocked shower. Mopped the floor so the water doesn't go on the laminated flooring. I immediately WhatsApped our host. Who was going to a gala event. She came back. Got a plumber. After it was fixed at about 7 o'clock at night, she made the effort to phone us during the gala event. To find out if it's fixed! Was so awesome.
Hand basin fittings need attention. Reported to the host. The room opens to the outside building, but it is unable to be locked when out due to a key problem. The room needs a large fan as the freestanding one in the room was completely inadequate when it was so hot.
Not nice at all. Weak position and security.
Basically just slept there. Was more and partly at the hospital.
Mattresses are lumpy and edges hurt when you sit on the bed. Tiles in shower a problem because it is soapy. Toilet was without a seat which they tried to install at last without any success.
Nwabisa was friendly and helpful. She followed up on whether we were comfortable and convenient, and whether there were any other requests.
