Natspat 20 is situated in Manaba Beach, and offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a furnished 2-bedroom apartment located in a family holiday complex across the road from the beach.

The apartment offers partial sea views from the balcony, and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and lounge area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and has an en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom contains twin beds. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. The second bedrooms has access to a second bathroom with a bath and a shower. There are 2 sleeper couches in the lounge, and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a fridge, an oven and stove, and features a breakfast bar. The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine for guests convenience.

The lounge contains a TV with full DStv, and leads out onto a patio with outdoor furniture and braai facilities. Guests are welcome to make use of the fully fenced swimming pool in the complex, and have access to undercover parking for 1 car, and open bay parking for a second car. Linen and bath towels are provided, and guests are required to bring their own beach towels. A cleaning service can also be arranged at an additional cost. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

The complex is conveniently located within walking distance to 2 main beaches with lifeguards, as well as a tidal pool. Guests can fish from the nearby Orange Rocks or Shad Bay, and can feed the dassies on the rocks while exploring for sea shells, crabs, and small fish.
