21 guests' feedbackWe had an amazing stay at Nautica last weekend. I would highly recommend Nautica to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
The place was very neat and clean upon our arrival. We were clearly informed in advance by message about the parking, the geyser and the gas stove by the owner, Charmaine. Everything was very neat and clean and the view over the bay was something special. I had a complaint about the WiFi which was a bit slow as I had to do a lot of work with the internet. This was no problem for Charmaine and she immediately arranged to increase the speed, for which I was very grateful. I would recommend the place anytime! Thank you very much, Charmaine. We had a great time and will definitely book there again when we are in the area.
Very nice view. The apartment is very comfortable and tidy. The owners paid a lot of attention to even the smallest detail. There is everything and more you could need.
My husband struggles with his health and therefore has to live in an environment where it has to be extremely clean as he easily gets infected. We have due to circumstances arrived at our destination very late at night, she arranged for the security to show us where the apartment is, as well as the parking. A luggage trolley was also offered. The showers are so spacious we could put a chair in it from the balcony so my husband feels safer and doesn't lose his balance.

The place and the view location was perfect and very safe and secure. The kids loved it.
Charmaine and her husband are two incredible hosts. They definitely went that extra mile for their guests. It was by no means necessary, but still they made their guests feel comfortable. The place is anyone's dream. It's a home away from home. It's so peaceful when you walk in there, smells so good and is so tidy. The apartment also contains everything you will ever need. The atmosphere, everything, everything was top quality. The highlight for us was "the Symphony" anchored in front of our door for a day and a night. It was the best view. I don't think anyone will be so lucky to see it again as part of your view and as part of your visit to Nautica from the apartment. It really was one of our best and most enjoyable getaways ever. Nautica will definitely see us again, definitely. We have received so many inquiries about the beautiful photos and have already recommended Nautica. So definitely value for money. Location is perfect. Netflix and various TV channels were very convenient on the rainy days with kids. Main road is very busy and noisy and is the only criticism.
We had a great stay. Very comfortable apartment with the most beautiful sea view. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend you and use again myself.

With all my previous visits to Mossel Bay, 1 of the loveliest and most affordable units. Hostess wonderful and unit beautiful, tidy and has everything needed to brighten up a holiday.
We had the most memorable stay at Nautica 301. The modern furnished apartment was very clean and neat. Stunning sea views from balcony. Friendly and helpful host. We enjoyed the welcome gift chocolates. We absolutely recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Unfortunately the apartments are next to an informal settlement so we didn't feel 100% safe. Charmaine is an excellent hostess and we received the directions on how to get there and into the apartment to the letter which was very convenient. The neighbors are unfortunately difficult people which caused us to have to check out earlier.
