Navine's Homestay is an owner-managed house usually for male students, offering communal self-catering accommodation in Ottery, Cape Town. Very strictly non-smoking, alcohol is also not favored in this home. During the year most rooms are occupied by students from different institutions. The owner lives upstairs on the premises.

The home is basic, simple, and attracts easy-going professionals. The house is ideal for single guests looking for a week or more of accommodation close to the Southern Suburbs or Cape Flats. This home is not suitable for couples and is geared towards younger, single people.

Navine's Homestay offers accommodation in 5 bedrooms. Three rooms are usually occupied by students and do not have access to the main house as they are self-contained. A basic kitchen with a gas plate, microwave oven, fridges and kettle are available for these rooms. One room has 2 three-quarter beds, another has 1 three-quarter bed. The outside room has a loft bed, for a young, athletic person who can climb up easily.

One room inside the house is available for professionals. This room has access to its own bathroom and shares the kitchen with the owner. For security reasons, this room is available only if the identity of the guest is verified. Navine's Homestay is an ordinary home that attracts normal people, who enjoy a secure and friendly environment.

Free fiber Wi-Fi is offered on the premises, as well as basic braai facilities if required. Secure parking is available behind the remote-controlled gate and remote garage door.
