I highly recommend Neptunes Terrace 44, very secure complex, central, walking distance from beach and all fun activities. Clean, beautiful 3 bedrooms and wonderful hosts.
Nice place near the sea and eateries. Ideal for families. Secure parking. Will definitely go back to Neptunes Terrace 44 again.
Apartment unit is on third floor with nice view and strict security. Unit is centrally located so almost everything is walking distance to the main beach and entertainment. There was only 1 set of keys though which made things difficult for a group of 6. Unit's rooms and storage space are a bit small and there was only 1 fan in the unit. There was insufficient cleaning equipment. We should have gone to buy equipment. Unit was also not clean, cockroaches were a big problem and we had to wash bed sheets because they were dirty. Other than that it was a pleasant place to stay. Enough backrooms and seating with full DStv package.

Overall stay was enjoyable, arrangement to book in at 10am didn't work and was disappointing as we waited outside for 2 hours and getting hold of the tenants was impossible as they didn't answer any of our calls. Also fighting and unrest during early hours in the morning outside in the street right.
The location is in an unsafe and extremely noisy part of town. The night club next door makes sleep an impossibility.
Enjoyed it very much, walking distance to the sea, at the shops. Really enjoyed my weekend.
The apartment is centrally located with eateries and beach area within easy walking distance. There is a bit of traffic noise, but not obtrusive - the proximity of things makes up for it. As advertised, it is self-catering and EVERYTHING except bed linen and towels must be provided yourself. There is secure undercover parking behind a security gate. Security is good everywhere. Needs a little attention here and there - e.g. bedside lights are not near wall plugs and are therefore not usable. In one bedroom, the metal strip that holds the carpet to the balcony door has been pulled loose and is standing upright. Almost fell over it! All that being said, the accommodation offers good value for money and the above are small things that can easily be fixed.
It is a clean, neat, spacious place. Thank you for the owner's friendliness.
We were disappointed. We booked for three couples, there were 3 bedrooms but 2 had double beds on1e room had a single bed, the wife had to sleep in the bedroom and the husband in the lounge that put a demper on the weekend.
