28 guests' feedbackThe third bedroom shower's hot water faucet remained cold. The bedroom without an en-suite bathroom's main lift flickers on and off but does not work. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, but the third bedroom's bathroom runs from the living room.
Perfect, the more you look the more detail you see. Super neat place.

We had a great stay, but upon arrival I was told that the resort had not received a single payment and I had to pay half again.

Water supply in the toilet is poor. Shower water mixer is not working properly. No TV in the rooms. Doors are not locking properly.
Please fix the showers so that people can shower simultaneously. The issue of electricity even when there's no loadshedding is bad shem and theres a generator but they couldn't switch it on for us.

If you really want a relaxing place to just chill and enjoy nature this is the place. The bird life there is to beautiful. The owners are so friendly and helpful. Also if you want them to cater your meals they do so and their food is delicious.

The venue needs to improve on its swimming pools, outside lighting and security. You can not enjoy the small pool at night because the area is dark.
