5 guests' feedbackUnit was filled with the owners' private clutter. Not really professional at all. The main bedroom wall behind the bed was covered with damp and smelt really horrible. The unit in general stank of damp and mould. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The beds have most possibly not been replaced in over 10 years. I woke up with back pain every morning because of this. The beach gate key was missing, so we ended up not making use of this unit's main feature of easy access to the beach. The shower barely worked, and the bath hand shower barely worked. I forgot to mention the massive roaches on the beds and couches. Great location, but this unit is horribly overpriced considering the above issues. I will never return to this accommodation again.
Place was dirty and falling apart. Cockroaches in the apartment have taken over. We spent the whole time on the porch because the apartment was not at all up to standard for the money we paid here.
Good location, safe and quiet environment.
Only recommendation would be to renew the beds and the kitchen.
Keep it up the excellent service.

House rules
A breakage deposit of R 1000.00 is required per booking, which will be refunded within 7 working days of your departure, provided the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that all is in order.Please report any discrepancies or damages in the unit to our office within 12 working hours.
The unit is strictly non-smoking and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of your deposit in order to steam clean curtains, carpets and furniture.
Should we find that there are more guests staying in the unit than what we quoted on; or that the number exceeds the total allowed capacity, your deposit will be forfeited.
Pets are allowed but prior permission must still be obtained.
This unit has a full DSTV package with an Explora decoder.
Please bring with bath and beach towels. All bed linen is provided.
A complimentary toilet paper and guest soap is provided, but because this unit is self-catering this must be replenished at your own cost. Please also remember to bring with dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials you may want to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged for you between 8h30 to 14h30, excluding week-ends and public holidays. This must please be booked through our office at least 48 hours in advance and must be paid to us upfront and not directly to the cleaner. Please also note that this service is subject to availability of resources, especially during peak seasons.
