As a family of 10, we enjoyed the facilities that the house provided, which included a large pool, a well-sized outdoor veranda with a view of the ocean, great braai facilities, a picturesque tropical garden, and enough parking for multiple vehicles. The house is located within walking distance from a private and secluded beach which we thoroughly enjoyed.
The house needs serious renovations, especially the roofing. The kitchen was full of water when it was raining on Monday (16 Oct). We had to mop the kitchen because of the water, and in the other bedroom, we had to move the bed because of the rain. The water was coming from the roof and ceiling. There was no WiFi.
You won't get your deposit back despite looking after the place and there is no aircon, wifi and little security. The lights in the main bedroom and the lounge did not work, and the chest freezer was broken too.
We enjoyed our stay at Oasis on the Beach. Lovely place for families or just friends. The beach is a few hundred metres way.
The place is quiet, beautiful and comfortable. You feel safe in the house. The place is near a quiet beach. It's a good getaway house.
