We really enjoyed our time in your apartment. Always skeptical if photos give the real picture, but indeed it was like that and more. Lovely view, very comfortable and equipped. Xavia was incredibly helpful at all times. Will definitely stay there again.

It's just a shame that the toilet seat was broken, I'm sure it could have been fixed since I booked 2 weeks in advance. A 2nd key could also have been an option. Thank you very much.
Neat unit and complex. No emergency power for elevator and units during load shedding.
There was no parking garage (the vehicle did not fit, broken toilet seat, mirror, etc.)
Best view and location. Enjoyed it immensely. In the evening you enjoy the sound of the sea which is lovely and the beautiful view. Definitely value for money. Only comment: additional sofa would be convenient for all if there are more than 2 people living there.

The place is well located and clean. The person that welcomed us was very helpful and friendly. The only criticism I have is that there is a need for another double sofa in the lounge.
