Always good at Old Cape. Clean, tidy and well equipped.
It was a pleasure to spend our weekend staying in two of Old Cape Last Trading Post's units. The service was excellent. Both units were tidy, big enough for both families. Would recommend the place to anyone. My family looks forward to choosing them again when we stay in Struisbaai.
Was very disappointed. Advertised as 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom. This was not the case. 4 bunk beds in lounge, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Very noisy neighbours surrounding us, excessive drinking and smoking.
With everything so conveniently close (port around the corner, shop across the road and restaurant just next door) full of points.
It is well maintained and has the basics you would need.
Staff were very helpful with all our questions and requirements.
It is very central and safe! The restaurant is in front of the apartments and the most delicious meals are served there! We will definitely go there again!

The unit 1 was tidy, beds comfortable and the restaurant on site is a plus. Delicious pizzas. 5 min walk to the sea and 1 min walk to OK. Cute coffee shop just next door. Animal friendly.
Neat, well equipped unit. Unfortunately in the cement backyard of a restaurant on a busy street. Unit 1 has no windows in the living room. It is dark with poor ventilation. Dog friendly a bonus, but no grass on site. Very good built-in braai in the cement courtyard. Good beds with quality linen. Big screen TV is also a nice bonus.

There was confusion about our booking between the owner and his wife and we had to wait for them to sort it out. The bedding and towels were clean but the place was very dusty and the glasses were dirty and full of finger marks, had to wash all crockery before we could use it. The garden furniture was dirty and we had to clean it before we could sit outside to barbecue. The showers' hot water needs to be sorted out as the water is either scalding hot or ice cold, the "mixers" are faulty.
We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the staff were very helpful. We highly recommend Old Cape Last Trading Post. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
This was the last night of our tour along the Garden Route. For what was planned, this was the perfect accommodation. The accommodation was beautifully clean and neat. Very convenient and definitely a place we will visit again and where we will stay. The friendliness was genuine Cape and homey.

Nice and calm accommodation. Very close to everything. We love come back. Next time we will book the guided tour with it. Can be arranged at the guesthouse.
It was a very pleasant experience. On our way to Struisbaai we had car problems. We contacted Mrs Badenhorst to let her know we were going to be late. They had no problem with it. Everything was arranged and in its place. Would definitely stay there again, walking distance from everything!
It is located in a comfortable area. Not too far from beach and harbour. Very neat and well equipped.
