Lovely to be greeted by the owner. Well equipped. Overall, pleasant experience.
Bedding a bit torn and not 100% clean. A few things missing that are needed, but otherwise the stay was pleasant. The aircon needs to be fixed as it had to be switched off at 11pm, and it was very hot during the night. There was no dish cloth in the kitchen to wipe the counter and wash the cups, and no extra toilet roll was provided.
Most friendly service and the tranquility I cannot describe. What a privilege it has been.
The host, Ansa, and her daughter were absolutely amazing, very attentive and always available for any questions/requests. Our room was very clean and comfortable, great value for money. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be coming back. The view from where we were was breathtaking, especially in the evening.
We stayed in Tranquility for 2 nights and loved that we were given a remote to be able to come and go as we pleased. The owner is very friendly and helped us as much as possible. Love that the check-in time is open until later for us to be able to comfortably check-in and check-in. Love that we got bottles of water in our little fridge! We had a great stay and will definitely visit again when we are in East London. Can recommend for sure.

Nice and spacious room with all the necessary facilities. Perhaps I would just suggest to look into installing an aircon in future.
