One on Chelsea is an exquisite self-catering holiday home ideally located in the heart of Umhlanga. This true gem is ideal for a coastal holiday with family and friends as it is situated within walking distance from Umhlanga Beach allowing easy access to the beautiful Dolphin coastline and all it has to offer.

This double-storey property can comfortably accommodate 10 guests at a time and comprises 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All 5 bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed; however, only 2 of these rooms feature an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, washbasin and toilet. There are another 2 full-family bathrooms fitted with both a bath and a shower, while the fifth bathroom is fitted with a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The ground level features an open-plan living area with a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a central breakfast island with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher and washing machine are available in the scullery. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table and a cosy lounge space with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV.

Additionally, the home also has a formal lounge which opens onto a covered patio with a pool table and a built-in braai. This patio leads down onto an expansive wooden deck with a sparkling swimming pool and sun loungers which is an ideal spot for guests to fully relax and catch some sun. Guests are afforded secure parking behind a remote-controlled gate on the property.
