There is a lovely lapa and braai perfect for socializing. The lounge is equipped with a TV and DStv EasyView. Guests are welcome to bring along their own decoder. The lounge also opens onto a balcony which has a view of the ocean. There are steps and a balcony so small children need to be supervised.
Oppi See is located just 150 meters from the ocean. The swimming beach always has lifeguards during season. The unit is just a short drive, about 2 km, from a Spar with a Tops liquor store, Wimpy, the popular bar De Dekke and more. A variety of attractions and activities can be enjoyed in the area, such as fishing (from the beach or deep sea fishing from Mossel Bay), mountain hiking, windsurfing in Wildernis, the Cango Caves in Oudtshoorn, the strawberry farm in George, and more.
Great Brak River is centrally located between Mossel Bay harbour, Hartenbos with the ATKV and all it's fun activities and George. Come kick off your shoes and walk along the beautiful, quiet beach!

We saw dolphins every day, and even two whales. Received us warmly even though we could only be there in the evening, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. We will definitely want to visit there again.

Oppi See is a beautiful place near the sea in a very peaceful area. From the balcony, from your bedroom and living area you have the most beautiful sea view. Very friendly owners.
The view is breathtakingly beautiful, the accommodation was clean. We didn't need to bring anything and there were even more amenities than we could have asked for. The owners are friendly and very helpful. It was one of the best vacations I've ever had and will definitely be going back for more.

We will definitely book Oppi See again (summer in the near future). It was a celebration to be able to go home there and was very surprised how quickly the time flew by when it came to packing time. There is everything one needs and more. It is a stone's throw from the beach.
Had a wonderful one-week stay at Oppi See. The rooms are beautiful, and the whole place was very clean and neat. The gas stove was a bonus for those load shedding nights. We were very lucky to see a pod of whales gathering in the sea, and it did not matter out of which window you looked, you saw them. Absolutely mesmerizing view of the ocean. Can't wait for our next visit to Oppi See.

We had a lovely time at Oppi See, the flat was pristinely clean and had a beautiful view that we could enjoy from the balcony and lounge. The owner who lives downstairs has the perfect balance of allowing privacy and being helpful. Any small requests were attended to immediately. The situation was perfect, close proximity to lovely beaches, Mosselbay, shops etc. We will not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Elsabe is a very good hostess. She was very helpful right from the start where she sent directions and also met us in person when we arrived. The house is fresh and clean with good wifi. The beach is about a few hundred meters from the house and offers the opportunity to walk far along the beach or to lie quietly on the beach. There are many different swimming areas in the area. We can really recommend it.

We had a great time at Elsabe's beautiful seaside apartment with the best view ever. I lost my heart on Suiderkruisstrand. The nice, sheltered barbecue area is a lovely place to visit even on a foggy evening. And the apartment has everything you need - even knee blankets to sit on the stoep and hang out even if the wind blows a little. Can recommend it with confidence.
A beautiful 180 degree view over the sea and the Groot Brak River just a short distance away. The unit is neat and spacious with everything and more. The hostess even put a beach umbrella and beach blanket in the unit for guests' convenience. We were welcomed like family and Elsabe spared no effort to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The lapa with its built-in braai is a bonus, Elsabe and Piet even took care of enough wood (thanks Piet!). We would love to visit here again and recommend Oppi See with the utmost confidence!

It's a very nice 2 bedroom apartment that is fully equipped with a covered parking space for your vehicle. The sea view is almost 180 degrees and it's within walking distance of the sea. I would visit again anytime.

We had a wonderful time at Elsabe's in this gem of an apartment. The sea view is really more than 180 degrees. Can see sunrise and sunset from the balcony. We spent hours sitting and looking at the sea from the apartment. Bad weather was not a problem at all. Because Suiderkruis is such a village on its own, the beach is quite private and if Covid is not an issue, you will be able to swim and visit here without too much noise.
Our family of 4 had a great time at Elsabe and Piet's. The sea view was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. The braai place is well sheltered and very cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped and lacked nothing. The rooms and bathroom are very neat and clean. We will definitely visit again and can recommend the place.
