The duplex comprises 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs is the main bedroom with a double bed with stack doors opening onto a balcony, with a clear panoramic view of the ocean and harbour. Also upstairs is the second bedroom with a double bed. The upstairs bathroom is fitted with a bath, basin and toilet. The third and fourth bedrooms are situated downstairs, one with 2 single beds and the other with a three-quarter bed. Both bedrooms have sliding doors leading to the outside lawn area. The downstairs bathroom is fitted with a shower and basin. There is also a separate guest toilet located downstairs. Please note that our premises have steep internal stairs, which may pose a challenge for individuals with mobility issues. We can sleep 7 but the house is more comfortable for a smaller group.
The accommodation comprises an open-plan lounge with a mini kitchen, and stacked doors opening onto the beach. The mini kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. There is also a main kitchen with a Smeg oven and stove, microwave and washing machine.

11 guests' feedbackIf you want a place where you are literally one step from the beach, this is it. When you open the doors you are on the beach! Perfect spot for a beach weekend or holiday. After a great day on the beach you can fire up the braai on the deck and enjoy some "ocean TV" while you take in the fresh air with family and friends.
The best, most incredible location in the entire Western Cape. Right on the beach, beautifully located and there is everything you need. We are definitely going back again!
Was a fantastic experience to be so close to the sea and beach. The accommodation was fully equipped, neat, clean and didn't miss anything. Typical seaside cottage. We didn't even miss the fact that there was no TV. The style stairs were a challenge with a little one and the shower could use some upgrading, but none the less it didn't affect our good time at all. Was a wonderful time.
A nice big house for up to eight guests. The location is of course incredible, directly on the beach in Stil Bay West. I hope we come back soon when the weather is a bit better.
Oppie-Strand has a delightful view from the lounge area and the main bedroom area. It was lovely to bask in the view and enjoy the frolicking of the bird life on the beach.
Fantastic location. Lovely bedding. Very nice stay! Would warn guests about the stairs to the upper rooms though. Some people will not be able to use it. The shower downstairs is also very small and uncomfortable.

Cute beach house with a fantastic location. Would not recommend for older wards who have to climb stairs. Stairs to upper rooms are a challenge. We missed a family dining table but I think one might bring in extra high chairs to sit at the kitchen table. There is little packing for groceries. For a long weekend, the space is enough, but if one were to stay longer, storage space could be a problem. Our stay was otherwise lovely and it was a blessing that there was no TV as it forced our children outside. ;-).
Should please don't tell other people - we just won't get another booking.
Enjoyed it a lot. On the sea and sand. Amenities very good. Parking is a problem.
