34 guests' feedbackJohn and Mariza were incredibly helpful. John went out of his way to help me get the boat I had picked up in Port Elizabeth roadworthy. Despite the fact that there was no place to actually park the boat, he parked his vehicle outside on the street to make room for the boat. John physically helped get the trailer ready for the long drive home. On the way home they kept in touch with us to hear how we were progressing. The room is more than just a room. The unit consists of a spacious living room, kitchen with a single plate stove, microwave, fridge and kettle, bedroom with a double bed and bathroom en suite with toilet and shower. This is the largest B&B room I have ever come across. Everything was clean and tidy. I can highly recommend Oppie Valley.
The hosts John and Mariza were very welcoming and friendly. They went out of their way to drop some stuff off that we left behind. Will definitely be back when we are in PE again.

I enjoyed the smart TV and how easily I could access Netflix while chilling on the bed. I was offered privacy at all times and kind consideration from the hosts, as well as simple, clear communication regarding the flat.
We had a very peaceful and comfortable stay. Mariza and her husband are warm, welcoming and accommodating hosts. Would highly recommend them.
Our hosts were friendly, caring and helpful. It was nice to work from the apartment (WiFi was reliable and fast), the environment was quiet, and the beautiful garden view was wonderful (November). And what a nice neighborhood: clean and open with lots of joggers early morning/late afternoon - I even went jogging near the house by myself. For the purpose of our visit it was 10-15min from everything, so very conveniently located. We will definitely stay here again if we need to be in PE again.
Carrying all our luggage in and out of their house after our car accident and the transportation to the airport by them both was a wonderful experience. John's further effort to help us to pick up a rental car at the airport with all our luggage is greatly appreciated. Thank you, thank you, thank you is all we can say.
The accommodation was very neat and well equipped. Hostess's delicious home-made biscuits were a bonus. Also coffee, tea and milk provided. Porch leads outside with lovely garden and view over the valley. Quiet environment. TV (with Netflix) in the bedroom and good WiFi.

I would highly reccomend Oppie Vallei to any vistor to P. E. The hosts are caring, friendly and and the suburb in also very nice to take a walk. I enjoyed being on the edge of the valley with the view from Marize and Johns beautiful garden and home. Great stay!

The aunt and uncle lent us their braai and simply provided everything needed to make a braai. They are very hospitable.

Everything was good and beautiful and right. There is nothing to complain about. The host and hostess are pleasant to talk to. Everything worked and all needs were met - even light while Eskom helped us shed our load. I gladly recommend them.

Host was very friendly. Was very comfortable and neat and cosy place. Could perhaps re-look the internet speed used for the TV since Netflix buffers 80% of the time which does not make for a pleasant viewing experience.

Very clean, and cosy. Off street parking, own entrance. Has a one plate stove, microwave, kettle etc. Beautiful garden. Comfortable bed and pillows. Really a fantastic little cottage and so close to Cape Road and William Moffat. Great value for money.
