The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, wine fridge, oven and stove, and microwave.
Each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower or bath. The bunk room for children contains 2 bunk beds. Cots for infants can be provided if needed. Both bath and shower facilities are available.
The house is set in a manicured, tranquil garden with calming water features, a large salt water, solar heated swimming pool with pool chaises and large comfy chairs under gazebos. It boasts a large built-in covered outside sitting area with a fire pit. This area also has a gas braai and dining area. There is a covered patio with a lounge and breakfast area leading onto the swimming pool.
This villa has solar panel and inverter system, which provides backup power to the Wi-Fi, lights and light-duty appliances. Our rain water is used to fill our pool and ponds and for irrigation.

House rules
An indemnity and breakage deposit form is requested to be signed on check in. This has credit card info taken. It is not processed, and only would get charged 7 days after departure and on both owner and guest agreeing to the damages that may have occured.The house is staffed daily from 08:00 to 17:00 for light cleaning of the inside and pool and garden maintenance.
Staff have outside duties in the garden and patio areas, and will only get into the house by 09:00.
There is a staff member on the property from 08:00 to 17:00. They will be able to assist guests with household requests, setting up of braais and laying of tables.
Steven is here to assist daily between 09:00 and 16:00. Steven is off on Tuesdays, he will however come in to put out pool furniture, and clean the pool and garden between 07:30 and 09:30. He comes back at 16:30 to put these items inside or to cover to protect due to rain or dew, he leaves at 17:30.
The pool is heated by means of solar panels, therefore it will not be warmer on cold and rainy days.
As Hermanus is still in a water-scarce situation, Steven will cover the pool with the plastic bubble cover when the pool is not in use.
There is a strict rule for no loud music after 22:00.
