Very hospitable, a neat and clean place, everything you need. We can relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Nice stay but unit was too small for our family. Don't break a glass it will cost you R100.
We had a great time in Oyster Bay, it was a well-deserved break after everything that happened in 2020. Oyster Bay is nice and small with no shopping centers, no traffic jams and no difficulty getting to the beach. Oyster Bay is a place where you go to rest.

Absolutely amazing - loved every minute of my holiday. It was so good to be back at Oyster Bay after 30 odd years. The units we booked were very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Well situated and an easy walk to the beach. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family and I will definitely without a doubt be back. Dirkie and Johan were very accommodating and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for everything.
We were pleasantly surprised with our self catering unit. Dirkie and Johan are fantastically friendly hosts. Our kids loved the entire experience and of course, Oyster Bay showed us what a hidden gem she is. I definitely recommend Oyster Bay B&B.
We were kindly received by the host couple and immediately felt welcome. The chalet is beautifully furnished and luxurious. You just walk over the big, white dunes and then you are at the sea. Very nice stay!
Everything was clean and tidy and we were kindly received. However, the layout of the room is dark and impractical. We couldn't open our curtains at all, as the window looks directly onto the kitchen of the adjoining room, literally 5 meters from your bed.
Would not recommend it at all.

Relaxing and safe form the buzz of the city. You can walk down to the beach, race down the sand dunes, go for a horse ride and forget about the world out there. Beautiful sunsets and nature. Our 2 small daughters cried about Oyster Bay, Oom Johan and Tannie Dries! And don't forget Loeloe! We will definitely be back.
It truly is a place to visit to escape the bustle of the city and to enjoy the clean, fresh ocean air and to charge your batteries. Had wonderful chats with Johan and Dirkie, and thank you again for the good coffee we drank together.

As a frequent business traveler, I have stayed in several B&Bs. Oyster Bay B&B's layout is practical and perfect for a seaside holiday. Walking distance to the beach makes it ideal as you never have to worry about parking. Braai facilities are sheltered from the elements, but comfortable and practical. The finish is stylish and attention to detail makes it cozy for a family of 4 to holiday comfortably. The unit was painstakingly neat and almost clinically clean, which gives you the peace of mind that you are in good hands. My vehicle was able to park in front of the unit 80% of the day in the cool, and I never once felt it was unsafe. For a lazy and affordable seaside holiday, there is no other option than Oyster Bay B&B. Uncle Johan and Aunt Drikie received us as family and we will certainly visit them again. Ten out of ten for a great gem in Oyster Bay.

It was wonderful to sleep in a clean, very neat and spacious guest house. The bedroom and bathroom are nice and big, but the extra sitting room with each room is a bonus. We had the most delicious champagne breakfast on Christmas morning and went to church with Dirkie and Johan Marx before exploring the Garden Route further. We were warmly welcomed and treated very hospitably. We would definitely recommend them to everyone. Thank you for the electricity we were able to use for 2 days to recharge the fridge and freezer of our 4x4 van's battery - at no extra cost!
