All good. Friendly efficient host. Clean, well-equipped unit. Warm underfloor heating and extra blankets were a bonus in a cold Jhb. Everything you needed.
The stay was amazing and the host was the best. We will definitely be going back in the near future for a longer stay.
Bernadette is one of the most amazing hostesses who helped me at short notice. I needed accommodation very quickly and she came to my rescue. She is very attentive, friendly, and creates a welcoming atmosphere. The surroundings are tranquil with a beautiful African theme. I love it! I will definitely come back!
It's incredibly peaceful, calm and quiet at Pantera Lodge & Cheetah Cottage. I had the most comfortable and deepest sleep ever. Bernadette is very professional, I am friendly and warmly welcomed. It feels like your home away from home. She was very helpful and is always available if you need her. Everything was nice and clean. That bed sleeps heavenly. I will definitely visit there again.

The stay was excellent, good customer service from the lady. The place was clean and neat.
The host is very helpful and friendly. We were happy to have Netflix, and we had everything we needed. We felt very safe at this location. It was nice that the host provided toilet paper, tea bags, coffee, coffee whitener, and sugar on arrival.
Nice and warm with the heater.
Under the circumstances, it wasn't too bad. It was bitterly cold and had to ask for an extra blanket or a heater. Hostess didn't receive us at all and if I hadn't gone to ask for a blanket, I most likely wouldn't have even met her. The lady who received us didn't even know which room we had booked.
The place was clean and the host was extremely accommodating and friendly. It was quiet and secure and we had our privacy. The room left much to be desired. The furniture and bedding are cold and wear is starting to show. The room wasn't very well equipped. We were 2 guests. There was only 1 fork and 1 teaspoon. No steak knives to eat with. There was no hand soap or shower gel in the bathroom. The towels were old and hard. There was no extra blanket, no mattress protector, the sheet had a burn mark and the duvet cover though clean had stain and rust marks. There was a heater in the room but it is really old and worn out. It honestly felt like we paid R800 a night to sleep in someone's backroom.
Berna contacted me, made arrangements, and went out of her way to accommodate me. Will definitely use her facilities again!
What an amazing stay. The service was excellent, Bernadette was so friendly. The place was clean, my highlight was the bed. The kids were so fascinated by the theme of the place. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The place was freezing, the upper window is broken, sofas very old and the pool is was dirty with green water.
